I ordered a nose strip pack, but instead of receiving the full 20 pieces, I only got 12 pieces. The remaining 8 pieces were missing. On top of that, the product I received was defective. The worst part is that there is no option for return or replacement. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. They charged full price but delivered incomplete and damaged products. First - The description is misleading. It says 20 pieces. But actually it's 10 pieces of masks and 10 pieces of wet wipes. So the actual mask is only 10 pieces. Pro: It works as it should be. Pulls out black and white heads. Cons: - Description is misleading. Only 10 pieces instead of 20. - Somehow, the skin around nose starts to exfoliate 2-3 days after it's use. This is a big issue. It may depend on skin type but still something to keep in mind. It happens to me and my sister both. - It's not easy to stick it around the crease of nostrils and cheeks. You have to hold it for a while for it to stay there or it'll losen.

Apply water on skin before using it. Worked fine!
