The health benefits of Calendula are so amazing, there are times of the year when I am unable to find organic Calendula. So, when I find it in this quality, I stock up. I love the aroma and taste of it in tea form. I infuse it in coconut oil to use it in burn cream and first aid cream. This is such high quality, I'm including it in my Fire Cider this year. It pairs very well with peppermint and chamomile for the second fermentation of kombucha as well, or and infusion actually. This comes in a huge bag, so I highly recommend storing it divided up in smaller Mason Jars with oxygen absorbers or a handheld Mason Jar sealer, (I use both for added assurance). I keep a lot of my herbs in Mylar bags with oxygen absorbers, then sealed in airtight containers in a bottom cabinet where it's dark, cool, and dry. They will last forever when stored properly. A lot of people can get really fussy about their Calendula arriving with the whole flower head and not just the petals, but if you are using it for medicinal purposes, the green part has a lot of medicinal properties and is known for its antiseptic properties that can disinfect wounds, decrease inflammation, and promote tissue healing. The petals are also edible and can be used in many culinary forms, like tea, soups, salads. Their rich in flavonoids, carotenoids, which contribute to the plant's health benefits. So, when you're using Calendula to make any type of herbal remedy, you should be using the whole head of the flower to get the full range of benefits from the plant.... even tea.

I use this to make my own hay topper for my rabbits, they love these and some of the flowers are pretty big! It is very good smelling and fresh! I also use it for tea and love the taste!

This calendula seems to be really good and fresh. As soon as I opened the package I got a strong sweet smell from the flowers. I plan on using this for some tinctures and oils. Judging by the smell, it should be potent enough to work well.

this is good quality and ALOT of calendula flowers! I use these for a homemade salve I make for my psoriasis. I have made several batches and I STILL have plenty of this!! Good price too! Calendula helps with the itch.

Great taste and great smell. I’ve been using this bag for almost three years and everything is still perfectly fine — fresh, fragrant, and effective. I just opened the box again to take a photo, and the aroma is amazing. One bag easily lasts for months, so you can even share it with a couple of people. Excellent product, I really like it.
