Excellent, good quality electric toothbrush
This toothbrush is wonderful. It is so effective and my gums and teeth have ever felt cleaner or healthier. The beeping system for changing to different quadrants is helpful for making sure you clean each area equally effectively. The charge is pretty reasonable, while it takes a while to fully charge it does last quite well. I don't have a shaver socket so bought an adaptor to a normal 3 prong plug for quite cheap. I only really use the normal cleaning mode as I do not have sensitive teeth so I can't comment on that. I do sometimes use the polishing mode, not sure how much different it is but my teeth are lovely and white since using this toothbrush. It has definitely helped to get rid of old tea and coffee stains! While I have only had this toothbrush for a few weeks I am hoping it will last for a long time as my last Braun toothbrush was reliable for around a decade. While the price does seem quite high I would suggest that it is worth every penny!

Great toothbrush with a long charge-time
The build quality is better than the 3000 (but on Amazon the price is cheaper than the 3000 at Tesco!). I don't think the added settings are actually that useful. We have two people using this at home and the novelty of the diamond and 'plus' settings is just that - a novelty. Bottom line, before work you won't try a new fangled vibration setting on your teeth I do think electric toothbrushes are noticeably better than non-electric. The quality of cleaning is better and more efficient This toothbrush has one annoyance which I should mention. The charging takes about 14 hours! Sure on a full charge it will go nearly a whole week's worth of use, but when you charge it, do not expect laptop or phone levels of charging. This is inductive charging (on a stand) and it takes a long time! So best leave it to charge overnight. Not a major issue as the charger will plug into the two pin 'shaver' plug in any bathroom PS - I have no comparison to the Philips as I have never used it but by all accounts its as good if not better making this a personal preference

Great toothbrush but poor battery
It's the 3rd Braun Oral-B toothbrush I buy and every time, it seems that the battery life spam shrinks. I bought it only 6 months ago and the battery, once fully charged, would last only for a few days (and I only use it twice a day). Not acceptable for this kind of money. I might try Panasonic next time.

Impressive on the whole.
Braun Oral-B Triumph 4000 4-Mode Power Toothbrush I bought this electric toothbrush as a replacement for my previous one, because after nearly six years of daily use the battery did not hold sufficient charge and on the whole I'm really impressed with it. Compared to my previous model, my teeth actually feel really clean after using it, particularly on the intensive setting. My only gripe is with the timing beeps, because the brush momentarily pauses whilst it beeps and after using it for nearly a month now it is becoming quite annoying. Performance wise I am still experimenting with which brush head is best for my particular needs or combination of brush heads. I do have some difficulty keeping the correct amount of pressure applied, as if it's too light it only tickles and doesn't clean and if you press to hard the red warning light illuminates on the top of the handle, though I find as I have particularly strong saliva and tinture build up I need to press quite hard to stand any chance of removing it. I think this model with it's different cleaning modes, daily clean, intensive, sensitive and polishing, offers better value for money than the 5000, though some would argue that the results are just from the Triumph 1000, 2000 or 3000 are just as good and cheaper too.

Definitely a Triumph
Braun Oral-B Triumph 4000 Four-Mode Power Toothbrush Bought this after our old Oral-B toothbrush died after 10 years good service and it is more than a good replacement. We looked at all the Oral B range and decided on the 4000 rather than the next one up not only because of the price difference but also we did not feel that the digital display was necessary. The 4000 has almost all the features of the more expensive one and is highly practical to use - my wife has sensitive gums and her dentist has warned against brushing too hard - this machine alerts you with a red light if you brush too hard. The handle is bigger than our old one making it easier to grip and manage all areas of the mouth. The additional brushes for polishing etc are also good. The timer on this model emits a series of bleeps to let you know when to change the 4 locations in the mouth so there's no excuse for missing a bit. Although not cheap, we both think that this machine is well worth the money, and because of the interchangeability of the heads, we can both have our own brush heads, thus avoiding any cross contamination should problems arise. In short - if you are considering one of these machines, we can thoroughly recommend this one.

Great toothbrush, affordable heads - believe the positive reviews
After deciding to buy an electric toothbrush, I scoured Amazon for good deals and good reviews. This fit the bill, and I am most pleased with the purchase. The brush gives a great clean, feels like I've just come from the hygeinist every time I brush! The toothbrush even came with a selection of heads (sensitive, whitening and floss action) which I wasn't expecting, so that was a nice bonus. The range of modes are excellent, and the quarter-interval timer really helps to time your brushes. After a week or so of using it, I find I'm always perfectly timing the quadrants. The charge lasts about a week, and then you can just leave it on the charger over one night or day to recharge. The charger cable is a little short for the socket in my bathroom, but it's not a real problem. Solid toothbrush at a reasonable price, and the replaceable heads aren't too extortionate compared to other brands.

cette brosse à dent électrique est facile d'utilisation. Les 3 vitesses permettent d'augmenter progressivement la force du nettoyage notamment quand on souffre au niveau des gencives. Les 3 types de brosses périment d'alterner les différents types de brossage
