I now look at all my other shoes in disgust. I wish I could just wear these all the time. I took them straight out of the box and ran 6 miles at a tempo 8:30 pace. They were amazing and springy even though not worn in. I can't wait to keep training in these for my half marathon. But they are so comfortable just standing around in (and make you a bit taller).I have narrow feet and they work fine if I lace them properly. But they would be good for wider feet as well. I think they will be durable if you're not heal striking hard because they have enough of the thicker rubber along the bottom - not just soft foam. But they are very light weight. For the money you can spend on other shoes, I don't think you can ask for more at this price without getting carbon plate shoes that are only meant for race days.I'm in my 40s now and the knees and feet need more help. I wish I had found these long ago. They're so bouncy with the cushion but I still have enough feel for the road. These would not be great for lateral sports like tennis or basketball.
