LG 1.5 Ton 5 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, AI Convertible 6-in-1, VIRAAT Mode, Faster Cooling & Energy Saving, 4 Way Swing, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, US-Q19YNZE, White)

I purchased the 1.5 Ton 5 Star LG Dual Inverter Split AC from Amazon for my friend, and the experience so far has been very good. The cooling performance is excellent, and the room gets comfortable quite quickly even during hot weather. The Dual Inverter technology makes the AC very energy efficient, which helps in reducing electricity consumption. Another good aspect is that the AC operates very quietly, which makes it comfortable to use during the night. The build quality and design also look premium, as expected from LG. The installation process was smooth, and overall the product appears reliable and well-built. So far, we are quite satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this AC to anyone looking for efficient cooling and good energy savings.

Received defective product.Noise from indoor unit within one week of buying. Raised complaint multiple times. Even LG service people can’t rectify.Regretting buying. Please don’t buy.Better to buy from offline store.

Delivery (5/5) A/C is delivered on time. Post delivery technician contacted for installation. Content:(3/5) Coming to box of contents it had split AC and inverter along with a remote and batteries for remote. Installation: As described above, it only has split AC and inverter and no other accessories required for set-up for example stand for inverter or drain pipe, infact plug to insert it a socket. So i would advise you to buy a drain pipe so the water from inverter can be redirected without causing mess. It is advised that your inverter is fixed to wall as it will reduce the chances of damage to gas pipe due to winds hence wall mount for safety. If you have a socket then i would you to buy a plug. This cost me close to 1400 for installation along with GST and 1100 for other accessories. Working: AC is working fine and seems to cool with value for money and lower noise level and comfort. It was many modes and can be changed as required to suit our requirements. Final verdict: I would recommend it but would advise you to order or acquire wall mounts(₹300-1000), drain pipe(200-500), socket plug(20-100) and PoP to close the hole to prevent dust, loss of heat and entry to insects or birds. Incase the distance between AC to inverter is more than 3 mts extra copper wire(1000/m)

Works fine. Often, its the battery. Jittery and not working, has to set the battery right or change it might. Its not so when its new.
