I picked up the BISSELL TurboClean Upright Deep Carpet Cleaner not expecting much, but it honestly exceeded expectations. Setup was simple, and the machine is lightweight enough to move around without it feeling like a workout. The suction is stronger than I thought it would be for a compact cleaner, and you can literally see the dirty water getting pulled out of the carpet—which is both satisfying and kinda gross at the same time. It did a great job on high-traffic areas and older stains that a vacuum just won’t touch. The rotating brush really helps lift up embedded dirt, and it leaves the carpet looking noticeably cleaner and fresher.  Another big plus is the two-tank system, so you’re always using clean water instead of recycling dirty water back into your carpet. Only downside is you’ll probably have to refill the tank if you’re doing a big room, but that’s expected with a smaller unit. Overall, if you want something affordable, easy to use, and actually effective for regular carpet cleaning or pet messes, this is a solid buy. Definitely worth keeping around.

I’ve been using this carpet cleaner for my Airbnbs, and it’s been a really solid investment. I just had my first chance to use my unit yesterday and I’m very satisfied. It was easy to use and easy to clean. I like that I only had to empty the dirty tank once after filling the clean tank twice. For being such a small machine, and being very lightweight, it had really good suction and did a great job at cleaning my carpet. It’s a great unit at a great price.

Very lightweight and easy to use. I would recommend it for smaller areas, rugs, or spot cleanings, not if you have lots of carpet and need entire rooms cleaned like I did. It took 3 water dumps/ water refills to do one room. It is rather small. It holds maybe a gallon of water/ dirty water. The dirty water tank looks big, so you’d think that it would hold more dirty water and all you would have to do is keep refilling the small clean water tank. That is not the case. Every time the dirty water tank fills up or you run out of clean water you will have to refill the clean water and dump the dirty water before you can continue cleaning. So far, it gets stains out of the carpet and works great. Great suction. I am curious to see how well it holds up after several uses as it is very light weight.

It works great for my simple needs. Smallish space to clean for single person home traffic. This cleaner is Bissell’s basic model but it did really good job. One of its best features is the machine is easy to take apart and easy to clean all the compartments. The whole unit is pretty compact so it is easy for me to store in my 900 ft condo. You would want to look look at the larger Bissell carpet cleaners if you have a larger area and/or heavier foot and pet traffic. Because it is compact, the clean water container is not that large. You will be emptying and filling the containers ALOT. I want to add that I did have an older model of the pro heat version and Bissell improved the design so much. I really can’t stress enough how much better this design is. The old one was clunky and impossible to clean. To clean under the front clean cover that sucks up the water, you had to take screws out that also kept other parts together. So all you saw was all the dirt and pet hair that didn’t make it through…..it was gross. So I’m saying this one is a 100% improvement in design.

This is great for small spaces. Very easy to use, light weight. For large areas use will need to fill the tank and empty the dirty tank frequently, but really easy to do. I have used a more heavy duty Bissel cleaner in the past, way too heavy for me now, this is a wonderful mini model, works great. You can tell how well it works when you empty the dirty tank, YUK! Would highly recommend for small spaces, maybe not for households with kids, dogs, heavy traffic.

Don't let it's smaller size fool you it really cleans carpets well. We have a small white & tan Jack Russell Terrier, but the previous house owners had 3 large dogs and 3 cats. When I did the carpets I was amazed at the hair it picked up along with dirt in the carpet. I vacuum regularly, but this machine cleans deep. I did our large master bedroom with 6 water changes and cleaned hair out of the machine each time. The other two bedrooms were only 3 water changes. My husband was surprised how much dirty water and dark dog/cat hair came out of the carpet. It's simle to assemble, fill the tank and dump the dirty water. It's lightweight and easy to use, but big on cleaning capability. I like that I can take the clear gard off the front to clean out the pet hair and I put my machine over the sink to rinse out dirt/grit from the edge that sucks up the water. Sturdy but light enough for me (74 year old woman) to handle on her own. Can't say enough good about this carpet cleaner.

Should have told is that it used American plug on the wall

Just don't buy this! Mine came with an American plug, although ordered in Sweden from amazon.se but I opened the box while abroad and it was too late to return. This was a gift for my mum. After changing the plug, it literally got fire afyer 10 minutes of use. Upon inspection the copper winding of the motor was melted. Stay away!

Can only give this product 4 stars as it comes with a Canada or USA electric plug not a British plug fitting so now have to buy a plug to work it in uk

Il s'agit d'un modèle américain et il ne fonctionne pas avec le réseau électrique français. J'ai acheté un transformateur, mais la machine coupe sans arrêt.
