A: Hi, our PJ cleaning kit can work HP photosmart 5520. Please make sure to soak the printhead on a glass tray.

A: Not sure

**Q: does it works for canon ip100?**
A: Yes,it will work.

**Q: Will this work with hp office jet pro 6968?**
A: I think it will work.  Does your ink cartridge lift out so you can access the print head to take the print head out?
Basically, the solution is squirted (the applicator has nozzle) onto the print head (after removing from printer) or you soak the print head for a few minutes and wipe carefully.  My printer printed beautifully after the first cleaning, then stopped printing.  I tried cleaning again with the left over solution to no avail.
