Not laces to trip on, very simple and plain design, fairly light weight. They're not cushioned heavily like a running shoe or sneaker would often be, they're kind of just mostly designed to be stable and have a more responsive connect of the feet to the ground.They flex easy, and are comfortable for short periods of use, not as a daily walking or running shoe. They're also not meant to be durable enough for that kind of use due to their construction.
