thats the best product.. guys if u are a workout enthusiast try this.. u will find a different feel in you.. specialy in the morning.. i suggest you to add it in your postworkout shake and feel the incredible strength in ur self.

The powder does not mix well with milk I haven’t seen any significant results so turns out that it doesn’t work well and also after taking it with milk or water your stomach may gets upset so be prepared.

i usually take black coffee before going to Gym...I have read about this product and thought to try once...this works as a pre workout intake..and after 2 days of use..i am having a good sleep too...makes my mind fresh in the morning,,,worth a try...
