This is perfectly made nice quality, fits on my face perfectly traps are perfect, I don't know this feels like it was made for my face only 😂😂 😂 the cooling is great if I want it real cold I put it in the freezer then it does get hard but very icy slushy, I use it for eyes I notice this summer that my eye were puffy I've never had before my doctor says it's most like the weather, I even went to my eye doctor, he said nothing wrong with my eyes, my face feels puffy around my eyes to the point I'm using my sunglasses more I don't leave home without them, so I did some research and came across this one, it took a few months for me to decide, but my decision was these, I had a lot in my cart waiting 😂 so Wednesday I went ahead and ordered it, and I got it Friday morning Amazon is great on their delivery I'm always buying things through them love their services and customer service as well So I woke up this morning I had my ice pack in the fridge since yesterday just to test it out I don't want to shock my face I was nervous cause I read a lot of people bad comments, but saw that it was the only one who had a higher rating, so I walked out on faith I placed it on my face I put the straps around and there it was it was perfect no lie it wasn't loose or anything I laid down quitely while the kids were still sleeping it's was heaven, so my face treatment starts today I will do this twice a day for two weeks and see how my face looks and feels , the cooling was needed my body gets hot at times I've always been that way so putting this cooling pack on my face was amazing and this was just my upper face I hope and pray this brand has a full face ice mask I'm in love I will have pictures up soon I hope this helps everyone cause I didn't know what was happening and it really bothered me stress can also affect you my head felt kinda heavy but no headache just a heavy pressure feeling, it's gone now I placed my ice pack in the freezer now so I will see what it really does for my eye I'm gonna buy at lease 7 more I love this thank you for making this much needed please dont get plastic surgery, on your faces out there try other natural things first, I will definitely gave this a try, hope this was helpful.

Really happy I bought this. Fits perfectly and is nice and cool if left in the fridge between uses. Does not emit a plastic odor either. Very soothing for the eyes and head; helps with swelling, congestion when sick, and headaches. Not recommended as a warm compress. Cooling effect only, but I have used it several times and it has not leaked. Comes nicely packaged.

UPDATE: A few weeks after I posted this review, the seller got in touch with me and offered to give me a refund. And it does appear that the product description and details on the listing have been updated to indicate that you should not store the product in the freezer. I don’t believe this warning was part of the listing when I originally bought the product, or I would not have purchased it. Nor do I recall such a warning or care instruction being included with the item when I received it. Had I known the product was meant to be cooled in the fridge only, I’d have returned it immediately! If it can only cooled in the fridge, I would not recommend this product to anyone for any kind of medical use such as to treat a headache or for eye allergies or pain like I experience. In my opinion, it will not get cold enough, nor stay cold enough to offer you any kind of relief. However, as part of a beauty regimen — say as a replacement for the old cucumber slices on the eyes — I think it might still be effective to reduce under eye puffiness. Thus I am upping my rating of the product, even though it didn’t help me, because I believe it could be helpful when properly used as directed for a non-pain related purpose, and because I appreciate that the seller helped make things right by giving me a refund. I originally got this eye gel mask because some topical medications I take for a skin condition made my eyelids and the skin around them burn like hell. The mask was very helpful in icing my eyelids after applying the medication. But maybe 3 months ago, my doc switched me to a different medication, so I didn’t use the mask as much and just left it in the freezer. I’d use it on occasion when I had a headache or if it was a hot day as like a neck wrap. Well today, after not touching the thing in over a month, it suddenly exploded in the freezer!! I would keep it lying flat in the door along, nothing on top of it. Luckily, I kept it in the little storage bag, with the slider on it, that it came in, otherwise whatever that blue gel goo is would have been all over my food! Uh, so moral of the story, it works, but not so durable and store with caution.

Nice and cold, great for eye strain and sinus headaches, price is good, and it's great to be able to see when you need to unlike some other ice masks - but because it's refrigerated instead of stored in the freezer, it seems to warm up in 10 mins or so. Would be nice to keep a few of these in the fridge to rotate them in and out.

Getting older my eyes are getting puffy underneath easier. I'd been wanting an eye mask and ordered this. I keep it in the fridge all the time; it gets really cold, but once you put it on, it absorbs your heat and so it is only good for one time before needing to rechill. For mine, the seam by the eye split open, even though I've only used it 5 times, and spilled all on the floor. My baby got into it, but didn't eat any, luckily, since not entirely sure what it's liquid is composed of. So, quality wise gave stars off. It gets really cold in the fridge, and feels great against the skin. Although, usually I hold it against under my eyes to help with maximum contact and has helped swelling go down really well, especially when laying down. Also used once when my sinuses were swollen from being sick and once when I had a migraine, and using this made those feel loads better. Wish it didn't break open, but usage wise was great for the price point so gave stars for that.

Good product! I suggest freezing and then letting sit in the fridge over night. It’s way too stiff straight out of the freezer when it’s fully frozen. If it is completely frozen, it doesn’t take too long to defrost under some warm water. I use mine every day, first applying to my eyes, then using the remaining time for the rest of my face. I will say though, the eye holes are kind of useless with how big they are. I had to apply it to the top and the bottom of my eyes at different times. I might end up buying a mask without the eye holes, but for now this works! I’ve also used it to ice my arm after getting a tattoo. The velcro strap was useful.

I’ve tried a lot of different mass the one with the cut out hole so I can say is the very best. I love this one. I highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for a great product.

Fits nicely, I store it in the fridge. The eye openings are perfect but it would be nice to have a full face option to really de-puff the upper lids. Overall would recommend.

Doesn’t help with my puffy bags but it does feels nice when I have it on!
