I’ve been using this for my 11- and 8-year-old, and it has honestly become part of our daily routine. Both kids seem calmer, more focused, and less all-over-the-place during schoolwork and activities. I also like that it doesn’t give them the jittery feeling or crash that some products seem to cause. The liquid format makes it super easy to give, and my kids don’t fight me on the taste, which is a huge win. I’ve been using this supplement for a few months now but unfortunately haven’t seen a significant improvement in my child’s focus or attention. The ingredients sound great and I wanted to love it, but it just didn’t seem to make a noticeable impact for us. My child also isn’t a fan of the taste, which makes it a bit difficult to give consistently. It might work better for others, but in our case, the results were minimal.
