This desk strikes a very good balance between practicality, features, and price. It offers a generous amount of workspace, which immediately makes it feel more versatile than many smaller standing desks. Whether you are using multiple monitors, office accessories, or just want room to spread out, the size is one of its strongest points. Assembly was easier than expected, even working alone. It is not a difficult build, but there are a fair number of screws involved, so having an electric screwdriver definitely helps. Once put together, it feels solid and well made, with a finish that looks good and does not come across as flimsy or cheap. The height adjustment is one of the best parts of the desk. It is smooth, easy to use, and makes switching between sitting and standing very simple. The memory presets are genuinely useful too. There are four available, but for most people two will probably cover everyday use nicely. One small feature that stood out more than expected was the child lock, which is actually very useful if you have young children around the house who like pressing buttons. In everyday use, it feels sturdy and dependable, including with a reasonable amount of weight on it. The only real downside is that there is a slight wobble when the desk is raised to standing height. It is not severe enough to make it feel unstable, but it is noticeable and worth keeping in mind if you are especially sensitive to movement. Overall, this feels like a very strong option for the money. It is spacious, easy to live with, well featured, and solidly built, making it a good choice for anyone wanting an affordable standing desk that still feels like a proper upgrade.

I am really impressed with this desk. Sturdy, smart and easy to assemble. I was really nervous about assembling it and left it in its box procrastinating for more than a week. But I needn’t have worried - it is one of the easiest flat packs I have ever put together. As a fairly unfit woman in her 50s, I expected to find it a challenge to do on my own, but the instructions were clear, the parts were well labelled and the pre-drilled holes were in all the right places. I put it together on my own and didn’t even break a sweat - or a fingernail! It’s a good size, works smoothly and quietly and I can’t fault it at all. There were two or three tweaks I would make to the instructions but really very minor. The desk feels sturdy and stable at all heights and looks good.

This desk is great, fits perfectly in my gap. I am working from home and studying. It provides excellent amount of space for writing or working on multiple screens. I just have a laptop, but give's me enough room to write and decorate, so it fits in my lounge dining room well. It's super easy to build and sturdy as well. It goes to a great hight which is also another bonus for me as I am tall. Over all great value for money.

Let's start with a simple fact, when I bought this desk it was for £149.99, so for anyone that complains about it being in any way cheap needs to remember how much they paid for it. The desktop is coated chipboard which comes in four pieces, two horizontally and a vertical piece either end which are rounded and have the cable management holes, I presume this also helps them cater for the fact that they sell this desk in various sizes. The 4 desktop pieces are affixed with wood dowels and four simple 2-screw mending brackets, does it make a solid slab, no, but one it's on the legs it's fine and stable, just not completely flush finish. Again, remember how much you're paying, you can always replace it for a solid piece later and still be happy for having a good value for money desk. The legs, mechanism, motor, etc were all easy to put together and you get spare fixings just in case. Instructions are clear and easy along with guidance on how to use the electronic controls, save height preferences, etc. The cable management glands aren't great but again, remember you're getting a large electronic height adjustable desk for £150, get better brushed glands later and pop them in if you want. In summary, it's a nice large 180x80cm desk which is fully motorised electronically at half the price you can buy a manual crank standing desk (which is smaller) from a certain well-known flat-pack furniture store. it arrived quickly in two small boxes well packaged, quick to put together with clear instructions along with spare bits and the Allen key needed (you just need your own phillips screwdriver). At some point later I will perhaps swap out the cable glands so I can easily get larger things through it and I may well replace the desktop when it shows signs of wear but i'm still happy that i've got a good quality and comfortable desk for the price I paid.

High quality, sturdy adjustable desk. Easy to assemble and operate. Purchased this standing desk for my Daughter who is recovering from back surgery and it has surpassed our expectations. Exceptional value considering similar items which were twice the price. Highly recommend it.

I was sceptical about how good this would be given the low price, but very pleasantly surprised. The desk can go high enough for my 6ft6 husband to stand and work at, and low enough for my 5 year old son to sit at. It can have up to 3 set heights, but can be manually put at any height. Good depth, I can fit my laptop, screen and keyboard with room to spare. The motor function is quiet, and has no struggle changing the height. Feels sturdy and good quality. Very happy with the purchase.

Arrived early! Easy to assemble even if you’re on your own. Good solid sturdy desk once it’s all fixed together. The desk move smoothly up and down with very little noise so save the back ache too! Fits great where I wanted it, all in all a great desk and deal.

Nice desk. Been a fan of Vasagle for a while. I've built a few of their furniture items. Pros - Good, well laid out instructions - always have all the components ( unlike a well known Swedish outfit) - the finish and look of the built end result is smart - the raising mechanism works well though I don't need to use it that often Cons - the top of the desk comes in 4 pieces which reduces the stability when attaching monitor arms etc . I suspect that this is to reduce shipping costs - can't put the controls on the left side . Mainly as the cable connecting it to the motor is not long enough Very happy with it and it looks good in my living room
