Was very skeptical very ordering but then the very first scoop did the magic. Drink 1 scoop in a cup of water and wait for 5 minutes. It will give the best kick and very justify it's role on ur workout.

Nice product.. I find it very effective.. I would love to give it 5 stars but it is not carnosyn product which is the gold standard for beta alanine so 1 star less..

I'll just say save your money on expensive Pre workouts and gp for asitis Beta alanine and citrulline. This duo gives the best pump best focus without the side effects of caffeine. That tingling starts within 10 mins and it hits hard. Really Really Hard !

I have purchased this after reading number of positive reviews. However its total waste of Money. Even after taking 1.5 scoop, neither it gives any tingling nor any effect on workout. Infact today after 2 hours of taking this, I feel like puking after workout which has never happened before. Will suggest to go for better brands rather wasting money on this.

The product taste is neutral. But it doesn’t give that much improvement in performance/ pump as i have expected. Don’t expect it to give you any sensation feeling that you will get from any pre-workout. I guess it will only give your mind a boost that you have consumed something.
