The instructions for setting up the eSIM were fairly clear. I did contact support using the online chat to clarify that I needed to use my iPhone's IMEI2, and I was impressed how quick and clear they were with the answer. I set the eSIM to activate on a Saturday as we were flying to the US on the Monday and activations aren't done on Sundays. It activated as expected and I received an email with my phone number. I had no issues with the eSIM in use. I did find the signal a bit patchy at times in southern California, but that's down to T-Mobile coverage and not the eSIM itself.

I've been in the USA (from UK) for 2 weeks. I turned on my new sim card when I arrived in Denver, Colorado. It worked immediately as I had registered for it to begin working that day. It worked perfectly during my stay and also worked when I moved on to New York. The network has been quick and reliable and I've really appreciated it. HOWEVER it's my last day before coming home, and today I travelled over the river into New Jersey. The network suddenly became quite patchy especially around the river's edge. Upon arriving back in New York City tonight, the data has now stopped working altogether and I have a message saying that the sim is not connected for calls or data. Could be a coincidence that I've just travelled back into New York, but I don't think it is. Luckily, I am leaving tomorrow and I can manage on WiFi until I get to the airport. Generally I've been really happy with this so I would buy it again - hoping this is just a weird fluke caused by travelling under the river on 4th July night.

I ordered this SIM card a couple of days before a 5 day trip to New York. We were flying out and arriving in NY on a Friday. So I registered the card online on the Wednesday a few days prior to our trip, asking for it to be activated on the Friday. This took 5 minutes to do and was very simple and easy to follow. I then received lots of updates from the carrier over the next couple of days informing me that the SIM had been officially registered with them and would be activated for use from the Friday that I had requested. Very reassuring. I then received a message on the Friday morning before our flight, from the carrier, informing me that the card had now been fully activated and was ready to use. I inserted the SIM card upon arrival at JFK later in the day, and was immediately recieving 5G signal near enough all across New York for the duration of our trip. It worked flawlessly. I had my wife and stepson also tapping into a hotspot from my phone, and they were getting a good 4G signal as well (not 5G like I was, but still a very fast 4G connection). I didn't notice any lag or slowdowns whilst letting them hotspot from me and the internet was still good enough for them to stream HD videos, video call and send photos etc. So they were happy and I was very impressed by the mobile service. An important thing to add and note for anyone purchasing this SIM.... I noticed that it states in the instructions and packaging, "On the date you choose, your SIM will be activated by end of day. Any time after this date, insert the SIM card into your unlocked phone to activate and start using it." I was slightly worried by this, as I had only purchased a SIM card with the exact amount of days as our trip. Luckily for us, we were flying late in the afternoon and arriving at night. So if there were any delays with the SIM activation, it wouldn't have really affected us. So I just took the chance and risked it. Fortunately the activation was completed swiftly on the day I asked for it and it was ready for us to use before we had even left the UK. But, if you were going to be arriving in America early in the morning, I would very much advise purchasing one of the SIMS with a day more than you actually need if possible, and request for the SIM to be activated the day before you travel. As this will ensure that your SIM will be fully activated and ready for you to use from the moment you arrive. If not, you run the risk that the activation might be delayed on the day of your arrival and you will be left with no internet, texts or phone calls when you need them most.

Worked perfectly and seamlessly

I have currently just arrived in Orlando for our 2 week trip and brought this SIM card to call back home (uk) to parents/friends and also to communicate with my wife and daughter who are with me in case we get separated at any point and it does not work to either of these!! I scheduled the the date as requested and inserted the sim as soon as we landed and it activated,I then tried to call my wife so she could have my new number…I then get an automated voice saying you do not have enough credit to make these sort of calls,please upgrade! I have contacted t sim customer service through email and they have responded and said that I can only call and text to USA numbers!? Totally pointless!!!and not what I brought this SIM card to do my phone only now works if I have WiFi.i may as well just put it in the bin and will be contacting for a refund!Not happy!!

Worked amazingly! Went to Orlando and Disney/universal wifi is notoriously unreliable so opted for the sim. £25 for 15 days was a bargain compared to my service provider who charge £8 a day (£120) for the holiday. Got full mobile service everywhere we went and worked flawlessly. Activation was easy and got a text as soon as I landed to say it was operational. Only hiccup was my first text said coverage ended midnight on the 28th (last day of the trip) which was the 15 days but got a text on the 27th saying it needed to be topped up on the 27th leaving me a little confused but this was on T-Mobile USA side not the seller hence still the 5 star. Brilliant product

Ottime schede esim che consiglio a chiunque debba andare in America. Noi le abbiamo usate per andare a New York e le abbiamo attivate, seguendo le indicazioni, un giorno prima di arrivare. Atterrati i telefoni funzionavano perfettamente e non abbiamo mai avuto problema di connessione. Le ricomprerei sicuramente.

STUPIDE!!!! nous sommes le vendredi 05 septembre je veux activer ma carte sim a partir de aujourd'hui ou demain samedi 5 date de mon arrivé aux Etats-Unis et je découvre que je ne peux pas activer la sim avant le mardi 9 septembre .. Je me répète STUPIDE!!!

easy to use ,good coverage, help a lot with a call function.

The sim card set up is easy and simple , just follow the instructions of the package everything should be OK . The data and phone signal are good , but sometimes it drop signal and I have to restart my phone , that's only negative side of this product .
