It came with windows 11 pro, the install took a bit longer than I expected which had me worried. But this thing is awesome. I have 3 displays hooked up and they operate flawlessly. I am using photoshop elements 2025 & Premier Elements 2025 both of which load very quick and run great. I've had 10 photoshop images open at once and it doesn't hiccup. Acrobat Pro 2020 runs great. It doesn't get hot hardly at all, and it's silent. The 1tb ssd is quick, it boots quicker than my old pc came out of screen saver. I can't say one bad thing about this.

This mini PC packs solid hardware in a tiny, quiet package, perfect for basic home or office use, but small tweaks could make it shine. It runs a clean Windows 11 Pro with no bloatware, booting fast. Connectivity is strong: three 4K HDMI ports, three USB 3.0 Type-A ports, dual gigabit LAN, and reliable WiFi/Bluetooth. The 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD handle daily tasks well, while the Intel N100 processor sips power, cooled by a near-silent fan. Its black-and-gold design feels sturdy, and the compact AC adapter suits its small size. Great for browsing, streaming, office work, or retro gaming, it earns 4 stars. Why not 5? The RAM is capped at 3200 MT/s (fixable in BIOS) despite supporting 4800 MT/s, and the SATA SSD (600MB/s) lags behind NVMe speeds (3,500MB/s+). A USB-C port is sorely missed. Still, it’s a capable, efficient mini PC worth considering for simple tasks.

This is a very impressive machine in a tiny package and priced very reasonably. I was confused by the advertised CPU speed (fastest vs base frequency). I was amazed at the unit's performance as I used to read emails and stream content

It is easy to set up but as far as its functionality is concerned, it keeps giving me the “blue screen of death”. I’ve already tried to set it back to factory reset but I still get the BSOD. I’m considering getting a replacement, or something different or just a refund.

Not 100% what I was expecting, but pleasantly surprised, this works quite well, N100 performance, Win11 Pro installed (with a valid key in BIOS). Described storage as 1TB SSD, it is 1T SSD in an M.2 NVME slot (upgradable to an NVME drive to gain ~4X disk performance, though not necessary for most). Thermal performance is manageable, overall for a lightweight Windows desktop it seems acceptable, I wiped it to run Linux on and it performs very well.
