Perfect!!!
I am so grateful that I had this after my total knee replacement. It was easy to use and very effective. It's been over a year since my surgery and now I intermittently use it for my other knee which will someday need a TKR as well. In the mean time I keep playing pickleball 4-6 times per week. I feel a sense of reassurance knowing that I have it available if and when I need it.

Has gone down in quality
I had one of these for my ACL surgery in 2006 and my knee was never colder— it was perfect.20 years later, the tube got old and didn’t work properly so I replaced it with this old one because I tore my other ACL. This product does not work the way it is supposed to— the cuff does not get cold enough. I have had to revert to bags of ice and frozen vegetables. I would not buy this product again.
