taste great ! Love the flavor. In my opinion I think the ones that have a little sour in the flavor do great for energy. Take my word for it coming from someone with ADHD

Sour apple tasty
These taste just like a sour apple candy, and they provide a punch of energy that lasts for hours. I love that they're zero sugar and carbs, and have minimal calories, so I can drink them without worrying about my sugar levels. Price-wise, it comes out to $2.33 a can, which isn't bad and is likely a little cheaper than if you were to buy them individually from a store. This is a brand that I really like and have continually enjoyed their drinks.

My favorite C4s are Cherry Limeade and Popsicle Orange Creamsicle. I got the sour gummy splash on a whim because it was part of the spring sale; was happily surprised at the subtle sourness main flavor is akin to a green gummy bear.

Flavor was not what I expected
It's ok. I was really excited about the flavor but it was not what I expected. Very limey in my opinion. Overall, I really like C4 products, I was just not impressed with this flavor at all.
