I've been using the Neutonic Nootropic Focus Blend Powder (Peach Mango & Wild Berry) for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm pretty impressed. As someone who's sensitive to caffeine but still needs a mental edge, this caffeine-free option has been a godsend. Pros: The most noticeable benefit for me is the sustained mental clarity. I feel like my thoughts are sharper, and I'm less prone to that mid-afternoon brain fog. There's a subtle but definite boost in focus, especially when I'm tackling tasks that require sustained concentration. I also appreciate that it's zero sugar, so no energy crashes later on. The Peach Mango flavor is surprisingly pleasant and mixes easily without any grittiness. The individual sticks are super convenient for tossing in my bag for work or travel. Cons: While the focus and clarity are good, I wouldn't say it's a dramatic "on-switch" for energy like some other supplements might be – but then again, it's caffeine-free, so my expectations were tempered. The Wild Berry flavor is okay, but not as enjoyable as the Peach Mango for my taste. I really like that this comes in a relatively large package with two completely different flavor options, so that I don't get bored of having the same thing every day. That having been said, I have not really experienced a noticeable difference in my cognitive functioning, concentration, etc., so take those claims with a grain of salt. The flavor of one packet is actually quite strong, and there's really no easily found instructions to know what ratio of water to powder to use, but I think after filling a pint glass with water and one packet, that the flavor is very strong, and perhaps overly so. I like to water down the drinks by an average of 50% to still have good flavor, so I will either pour half a packet in at a time, or make a small pitcher to dispense it throughout the day.

Although on the sweeter side, these are delicious. Sugar free, but the sweetness comes from sweetener. I did add some lemon juice to combat the sweetness. They dissolve well in water and leave no lumps. Great flavour profile and good quality ingredients. Caffeine free, and natural fruity taste. Simply tear the sachet, add to water, and shake (or mix). 7-9 calories per serving (depending on the flavour). Good shelf life (best before Nov 2026). These are the pricier side at £50 for 32 sachets, both of the slightly cheaper if you get them subscribe and save. Having said that they are absolutely value for money as they are very effective at helping to combat fatigue. As they come in small sachets, they are easy to transport, and can slot into the smallest of bags.

I’ve been having one of these every day for the last 5 days — tried both flavours (Peach Mango and Wild Berry) and honestly, they both taste great. Really refreshing. The peach mango is probably my favourite, but the wild berry is also solid. That said, they are quite sweet — I don’t mind that personally, but if you’re not into sweet drinks, just add more water and it balances out nicely. What’s surprised me most is how good I feel after drinking it. There’s no caffeine, which I didn’t expect at first — I had to double-check the pack. But it still gives me that clear-headed, switched-on feeling I usually rely on coffee for. I don’t get any jitters or crashes either, so it’s a much smoother lift. I’ve mainly been using it before getting stuck into work or whenever I need to be more focused — it seems to help me concentrate for longer without zoning out. Comes in stick packs too, which is handy if you're heading out or want to keep a few in your bag. No complaints so far. The ingredients list is solid — good to see things like Cognizin and Rhodiola in there. Will keep going with it and see how it holds up over the next few weeks, but so far, really pleased.

I think these do the job. Do follow the guidance on 300ml of water otherwise it's very strong. Also best shaken as, if stirred, it leaves lumps.

Really impressed with this on several levels, but wish the price was cheaper, as it is an expensive supplement protocol to take on an ongoing basis. However, in it defense it does pack in a lot of great ingredients. It comes very nicely packaged in a single box, with two individual boxes inside. I do like it when thought has gone into packaging and that is definitely the case with this. But great packaging isn't as important as the taste and effectiveness so let me cover those. I felt the taste was excellent for both flavours, and for me it seemed to mix really easily, although I put these things in my water bottle, with an ice cube or two, and then sip at them over a few hours, so I don't know how long it takes to dissolve, but it certainly does dissolve as it tastes excellent and smooth out of my bottole. It is great that it is sugar free and caffeine free as I tend to have two coffees in a morning and then stay off caffeine in an afternoon which is when I have this. And there's less than 10 calories per drink which is great. So price wise it is expensive, but on everything else it scores top marks.

This has a really nice taste to drink, especially the peach mango. Very easy to drink and helps improve focus. It it tasty enough to enjoy any time but great for busy work days. i find this drink very effectives and the energy is quiet good it kept me wake through out the day however the size of the packet can be a little big
