ok firstly, please make sure you check your sizing before ordering the product, and go through the instruction manual thoroughly as the product isn’t the easiest thing to put on! The top part of this brace does run a bit long, but once you got it down, it works, miracles! heres the sizing chart incase anyone needs it --> WAIST from 25" to 49" and THIGHS 15" to 32" in circumference for both sides of the body, right or left leg. Make sure to measure from your waist and hip to get an accurate gauge of whether this product would fit you! I never write reviews for things that I buy but I have been really helped by this brace so I thought I would share my personal experience. After almost 3 years of hamstring and sciatica pain, which started with a hamstring pull while skiing, using this support made an immediate difference. Previously, to alleviate the pain I had tried PT, massage, NSAIDs, and prednisone. Nothing helped. I like to stay active with yoga, spinning, and workout classes at the gym. The pain remained even though I modified my workouts to mitigate the aggravation. As soon as I began using the support during my workouts , the pain was greatly diminished. After a month or two the pain I was experiencing had practically disappeared. I can now sit in a car for hours without experiencing pain shooting up my leg which would begin 10 minutes after I’d began to drive. It takes a little playing and adjusting with the brace to get it just right, but once on it feels just awesome! and does not get in the way of exercise or any daily activities Make sure to check your sizing! I can't believe how much this brace has helped my sciatic nerve pain and back pain. Typically when I get an episode of pain, I'd be out for almost 2 weeks. This time, I needed to figure something out asap because I had a day project in 2 days and couldn't back out. Saw this and read reviews, prayed that it'll work after ordering it. I tried it on right away and right away, I felt like I could stand up a little straighter instead of being hunched over. I'm not sure how it helps and but it really does! This in conjunction with a heat pad got me up and ready for my project. I still had to wear it but without it, I couldn't have done so in such a short period of time. It does take a little adjusting the straps but once you get it to work, it's good to go. If you're considering on buying it, just do it. You won't regret it!

I got this brace for my high school son. He has been dealing with a pulled hamstring. He really doesn't get the down time he needs to fully heal going from sport to sport. Even when we thought he had enough time for healing, he still said he has pain and comes home using a heating pad etc. I've read that sometimes people are prone to a certain muscle always being a problem especially during sports. I think my son's leg is just more sensitive like I've read. He tried the tape they suggest with no relief, another brace and still no relief until he tried this brace. Sure there were braces here on Amazon a little cheaper but you do get what you pay for so I spent a little more and I'm glad I did. This brace has helped him enough that he can go to football practice (4 hours, 6 days a week) that he doesn't need the heating pad or ice packs anymore. He said this brace helps so much. He is also prone on the same leg to a light groin injury recently, so I know it helps the upper groin area too. Football is very hard on the body so this says a lot if this brace helps this much. Of course it's not a replacement if you are have a bad injury (go to the doctor's for those injuries). But for those troublesome area's that people are prone to, this brace helps quite a bit.

Moves after a lot of movement. Not great for someone with diverticulosis as it fastens around your hips and colon area. Tends to give slight heat rash in over 90°f weather. It actually worked quite we for a few months. It's seems to be a good product just not for everyone.

My son who plays club soccer pulled his groin a few weeks back. He rested it a week and gradually increased his training over another 4 week period. Knowing this injury can persist for weeks if not longer we were desperate for something better than a typical wrap. On a whim I ordered the ATX Hip brace thinking there was no way he would wear it. At 15 he’s always worried about what other people think. He is also shorter for his age and I was worried about the “Universal fit” sizing being too bulky. To my surprise he is wearing it without question and you can’t tell. The ATX Brace really helps stabilize the hip, hip abductors, AND groin. He is not yet at 100% better but the groin support has allowed him to confidently and cautiously train with her club team and not miss any matches. I would recommend this product to anyone who might be in a similar situation!

I would like to make it clear, I don't want to encourage or discourage purchasing this brace. Simply put, it didn't work for me but it doesn't mean that it won't work for you. The first time (and only time) I tried it, I started on the treadmill. Right away I knew it wasn't working because the sciatic pain became worse and I had to go back to the locker room and take it off. At first I thought I had it on wrong but looking at the included diagram along with looking at the advertised pic, I know it was on correctly. Best of luck if you decide to purchase it.

I fell off my bike and pulled my groin. Because I can’t exactly not walk, I ordered this for some extra stability to help me recover. All the reviews made it sound great, so I was excited. When I first put it on, it almost made my pain worse- but I figured I would give it a shot. I’m on my second day of wear, I can’t exercise in it (which was the goal of buying this), and I still have pain when I walk, worse than before. It does not provide adequate compression or support for healing, and it frequently slides when I move, no matter how tight I make it. I will be returning this.

I ordered this Brace because I was suffering with lower back pain and Sciatica pain it was absolutely painful and horrible!! I put this brace on the next day after arrival and I have to say that the pain has gone away!! I thought it was in my head at first how could this be?? I have had it on ever since and its absolutely wonderful!! Instant relief for both pains. I suffer from my left knee as I need a knee replacement and its putting a lot of strain on my lower back and now the Sciatic nerve is also inflamed I believe its because of the overcompensating of my right side. I am so happy with this purchase that I ordered my daughter one as she suffers from Sciatic pain on a regular basis. She called me and said I dont know what is going on with this thing you bought me but it works!!! I have no pain! I totally recommend this brace. I wear it under my clothes and its great it is not bulky or anything you cant even tell I have it on.

I had an injury a few years back which affected my lower back badly and for some reason the uncomfortable feeling has now spread to my right hip. There were even times I couldn't walk properly or I'm limping because of it. I also can't carry heavy stuff for long periods of time nor walk for long since it gets triggered and once I lay down to bed after a long tiring day, I can't stand up anymore without feeling weak or unable to walk. I want to get checked but at the moment it's not easy getting medical care here in the UAE if you don't have much money or insurance so finding this was a blessing. It fits just as stated, you should really check your size before buying so that it would be satisfactory for you. I had a hard time at first, not gonna lie, cause I'm not used to wearing these but now that I did know how, I am so happy about it. I still need to get a hang of it for sure but so far lifting heavy stuff doesn't trigger any pain or discomfort anymore while wearing this. I can walk properly afterwards too unlike before that I either limp or go very slow with walking due to discomfort. Thanks for this!

Had strong Velcro

I have used many of these from different companies the last 2 years as I have sciatica. Eventually the braces will start to tear and the Velcro will stop sticking. This one helps with my pain but the fabric has already started tearing after 1 week of use.

Got this for my daughter. She said it is almost perfect when she wears it, helps her a lot.

Does not help with symptoms they claim it should
