I purchased this product in December 2024 for my mother, and it was used regularly until May 2025. After that, she went out of station for around six months, during which the product was carefully cleaned and stored properly. Once she returned, she used it again for about four months before it suddenly stopped working. My mother maintained the vacuum very carefully. She cleaned it after every use and ensured that it never got stuck or mishandled in any way. What was even more disappointing was the extremely poor response from the service centre. I had to follow up with both the service team and the company at least 10 times before a technician was finally sent to inspect the product. After examination, the technician informed us that the issue was either with the wheels or the motherboard. Eventually, it was confirmed that the motherboard had failed. Now, I am being asked to pay an additional ₹9,000 for the repair. It is shocking and unacceptable that a product from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes develops such a major issue after only around 10 months of actual usage. This is not only disappointing in terms of product quality, but also feels like harassment, especially considering that the product was purchased for a senior citizen. I expected far better quality and customer service from such a well-known brand.

We purchased in September 2025 and today being 25 April 2026, I am writing a review after getting frustrated with the services provided by Eurekha Forbes. The roller brushes which are an integral part and plays a significant role in cleaning the floor is "out of stock" from past 3 months and they are unable to deliver even after continuous persuasion and now I am about to approach "consumer court/forum" for their incapability of providing the required spare parts. Please Do not purchase this product. They are forcing us to purchase a latesr version by stopping the production of required spare parts.

Having upgraded from the Vac and Mop version which we bought 4 years back, this new version is really a step towards. The charging is quick, battery retains at least for 2.5 hours of cleaning with maximum setting. The scheduler works well. The mapping is reasonable. The product is quite intelligently done as to how it maneuvers different type of areas We hope it gets some additional features in future in form of software upgrades. Overall quite happy and shall look fwd to review the feedback after 3 months of usage. Reducing 1 star since the package was recieved with the seal broken
