Pears Soap Gentle Care Transparent 4.4 oz (Pack of 3)

So, I did the soap brows trick. I put a few drops of water on the bar of soap, let it sit a few mins, rubbed a clean spoolie gently on the bar, and brushed my brows up, then slightly over. I let them dry for about 10 mins before going in with a tiny brow brush and dip brow, and drew in tiny strokes of hair on my brows. I have dry flaky skin right now (too much retinol) so ignore the flakes in the photo...my brows are fluffy and full looking. I think next time I'll add a few hairs. But not bad for a first try. I usually do the 2016 super defined brows. These are a nice youthful alternative and you can't beat the price of the soap. The texture is nice, the smell is not the best but it's tolerable. My brows stayed put all day long and didn't budge through a zoo trip and a museum trip.

This soap actually does get you clean without drying out your skin. It smells slightly medicinal but I like it. It holds up to heat, I forgot a bar in my camper and it didn't melt while it was closed up. And it lasts a while. However I found it for a better price locally, the dollar tree started carrying it.

I bought this soap to set my eyebrows before using an eyebrow pen to draw and fill in the brow hairs. I saw this method on a popular YouTube channel, Alexandre Anele. She uses this soap in her latest eyebrow tutorial. I have not used it yet for this but & when I do I will update this review. However, it is a good size & I personally love the ginger-like clean scent. I believe it will last me a long time so I think its a value. I only intend to use it for my brows and I will keep it in a zip-lock bag at my makeup station. I won't be using it for cleanliness or my skincare, only my brows. I will update soon, hence why I gave it four stars until I know for sure.

This was recommended as a set for eyebrows. You just wet a mascara type brush, roll a dab of wet Pears soap and brush the brows. Let dry. This is after you’ve done your brows or au natural. They don’t move and soap is definitely invisible and non irritating. Then one day I used it to wash my face (imagine that! Lol). It is wonderful in every way.I would recommend following with a skin care regimen as I would after any cleaning product, moisturizer included. As FYI, I have ghostly pale, thin, sensitive skin that breaks out if it doesn’t like a product. Thank you Pears!❤️ ( no, no one asked me to submit this opinion)

This soap is super pricey. And I don’t understand why. It’s a single bar of Pears soap and it’s available for almost the same price for 3 bars. I was surprised when I got just 1 bar

Something has definitely changed with Pears Gentle Care soap (4.4 oz/125 gram) now suddenly called Pears Pure and Gentle soap and costs about 3 times as much. I have been using Pears soap for over 40 years and the latest single bar (shipped from within Canada, so it's not the shipping costs that should be making this unaffordable) was $14 including tax! It also smelled a bit different. More spicier scent, maybe more cloves? I used to buy a 24-pack of 4.4 oz (125 gram) bars for about $60 all in. What's going on???
