I use this type of Chobani to make my own yogurt. Chobani is the best for this purpose. One of these small containers is enough for my meal prep purpose. Parfaits, popsicles, cooking, beauty masks, smoothies. You name it! Chobani is the best quality when it comes to the sheer number of probiotics. But it really creates the smoothes, richest, thickest, most delicious yogurt. I'm loyal because of Chobani's reliable consistency. It gives me reliable results every time, and being affordable helps a lot.

Love this yogurt. It took a few tries before getting used to less sugar but glad I got use to it. Now I can't eat regular yogurts. I sometimes add fruit or granola. When getting close to expired dates, I like to put in a parchment paper with fruit and drizzle with dark chocolate and freeze it. So good.

I got this to try a viral- make your own cream cheese and for the price! Also, this is the ONLY Greek plain flavor I can eat by itself. It tastes amazing and kind of reminds me of taro flavor from a frozen yogurt spot.
