Great quality walking pad!
I love this walking pad! I’ve had it for over a year now and use it all the time. I have 3 toddlers and this makes it so easy to get my steps in while they nap. It comes with a remote to adjust the speed and stop/start your walk. I also love that it is heavy enough to feel sturdy, but not so heavy that I can’t easily roll it into different rooms or tuck away.

Happy to be able to get my steps in!
Love being able to get my walking done even when it's not comfortable outside. I've paired it with a walking desk, so I can participate in my online classes without sitting through each one. It goes fast enough I could get a light jog going if I wanted, but I don't know if it'd hold up to a lot of running or not. I want it to last a long time, so I'm not going to be using it for more than brisk walking. It's done great so far, 2 months into having it. The tension on either side of the belt does need to be adjusted to make sure it doesn't drift to the side and wear down the belt, but that was easily solved. They send a tool to use for that. The remote control works great, I just keep it on the wall right next to the treadmill. You can see it hanging in the photo. The belt is a little narrow, so if you're really wide, it'll be hard to navigate it at a brisk walk. I'm 150 lbs at 5'2, with wide hips, and it's just barely wide enough for me. I'm used to it now, but the first couple of times I used it I had to pay attention to keeping my feet in the parameters. It's also a bit short, so long strides aren't an option. I think my only personal complaint is that I can't pause the time to step away for a second for water or bathroom break, then resume my workout with the ongoing stats. If you pause the time/belt, you end the workout and have to start the stats over. For the amount I paid for it, it's well worth it to me. It provides the ability to be active when I don't feel like leaving the house,

Honest review: Overall good for the price
One thing I wish I noticed before purchasing: It doesn’t incline! If I had known, I probably would have picked a different model, but despite that, I still use and love it. P R I C E / V A L U E The price makes it worth tolerating some of the negative issues I mention below like the sound, lack of incline, and the stats resetting. S P E E D I typically walk at 2.8 mph or lower, so the max speed isn’t an issue for me. It’s perfect for casual walking while working or watching TV. L E N G T H At 5’2”, the length of the walking pad is just right for me, but my 6’2” friend said it feels a bit short for his stride. So, if you’re taller, this could be something to consider. Q U A L I T Y The walking pad feels sturdy overall, and I appreciate that it was ready to use right out of the box—no assembly required. However, sometimes it glitches if I press the start button too quickly, and I have to restart it. A C C E S S I B I L I T Y Moving it around is a bit of a hassle. While it’s not overly difficult, I frequently switch between walking and sitting while working, and I wish there was an easier way to move it. Also, I don’t have a convenient place to hide it, so it stays out in the open when not in use. S A F E T Y There’s no emergency stop feature, and the sides of the pad are small, so if I need to take a quick break, I either have to jump off or turn it off completely, which can be inconvenient. S T A T S EDIT: to Pause this machine you have to HOLD the pause button and it keeps your stats! [Another annoying thing is that the stats reset when you hit pause, so your time and distance disappear. It would be nice to pause it for a quick break and pick up where I left off. But it’s not a dealbreaker.] S O U N D It’s loud when you turn it on, and the beeping every time you increase or decrease the speed is pretty annoying. I hate the startup sound, but it’s not horrible—just one of those things you put up with. T A K E A W A Y Because of the price, I tolerate the negatives. I honestly love how easy it is to get my steps in, especially living in Arizona, where it’s too hot to walk outside most of the year. Would I buy it again? Maybe. Probably not this exact model, as I would prefer one with an incline, but that’s on me for not noticing that part. When I was shopping for a walking pad, it was overwhelming, and there were a lot of options available. My main concern was how it would feel while walking on it, and it’s sturdy so overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Great product, would buy again
This product was amazing to place under my workstation to get some extra movement during work. Extremely functional and great size. Fits perfectly inside our large living room ottoman for Hideaway. Does fit perfectly under my bed as well. Wait it’s very light and easy to move around the room.

Cute and does what I need!
It’s perfect to have in the corner of the office. When turned on it beeps loud and the motor is just a soft hum, not loud at all. When you walk on it is when it’s a bit louder (just from the belt rubbing against the tread as you step) and could bother other people around if you work in a space with others. I keep mine in an empty space currently with the door closed and no one can hear me walking on it only the beeps when you turn it off. Easy to use too. You only need to plug it in, flip the on/off switch in the front. It comes with a remote that I think it’s really neat and an extra battery. It also comes with a bolt tightening tool and lubricant for the belt. It’s built sturdy and has wheels. I really like it and it’s not too big, it’s a decent size if you don’t have a wide walk. So for most men it might be a bit narrow. So far it functions nicely and I believe it’ll last a while.

Worked great to start, now won’t start and Support is a joke
I bought this and started using it at the beginning of March as it was the perfect size for my desk since I work from home. Had to adjust the belt a bit at the start but no big deal, and used it regularly for 30-60 mins a day on average. I received a model labeled “Superrun” instead of Deer Run, but it seemed to be all the same so I kept it. Today at the start of May, after walking for about an hour, I started to notice a very distinct burning rubber type smell, and got off and unplugged it. Thinking maybe it was time to use the lubricant the provided, I applied that and when I turned it back on and tried to start it to work the lubrication in, you can hear an unusual sort of modem noise being made, and the machine shows an “Er 05”, which from some quick googling appears to be an overcurrent issue with the motor. I called the customer service number on the treadmill, and originally got no answer and left a voicemail. After seeing if there was any debris or anything I could do to fix it, I called again and someone finally answered, only to ask me to send an email to their support email with a picture of the Error code and serial number. Now I’ve been waiting for any type of response. It’s a shame, I enjoyed using it and it fits what I needed, but it seems be a poorly made, and so far the 24/7 after sales service they promise has been underwhelming to say the very least. Hopefully the company does something to make this right as the treadmill has become important to my fitness routine, but my experience so far in needing service so soon and being left hanging by their support, I may just have to buy a different product as I have little to no faith here.

Compact and Fast!
This is a great walking pad that is small enough hide under furniture or desks. I got this to walk inside when the weather does not allow me to go outside. It's small and compact enough to hide under my couch. When the weather is bad I pull it out and walk on it while watching my favorite movie or TV show. It has speeds up to 3.8 mph, which is way too fast for me but I have the option if needed. It's very quiet that allows me to hear the TV without needing to have the volume very high. The bottom is also open, which is nice in case anything falls on the track. It allows any dirt to just fall off the belt and not get trapped in an under carriage. The feet can be unscrewed to allow you to have a small incline. You need to unscrew both sides but make sure to be even so it doesnt wobble when walking. It comes with a small remote to turn on and off. I'd suggest using the strap so you don't drop it when walking. I haven't tried the app yet but will update if I decide to use it.

What they don't tell you about pairing the remote
The treadmill is OK. It gets the job done, but it's loud — not the motor, but the beeping is horrendous, and there's no way to disable it. However, I couldn't use my treadmill for about a month as I played tag with the Deerrun support team. I can't use my phone to control the treadmill, so I very intentionally looked for an option that had a remote. Out of the box, the remote didn't work. I followed the pairing instructions: 1. Turn on the machine 2. Ensure it shows "0:00" 3. Hold the (+) button for ~5 seconds 4. Wait for the beep (which means the remote is paired) However, step 4 never happened. I changed batteries, adjusted the battery contacts, etc., without luck. I reached out to Deerrun, and they were super responsive. The (understandably) kept asking for short videos of the problem, which I provided, and that usually resulted in "just use the app!" responses — so I kept having to tell them that I couldn't use the app. After literally 20 messages between myself and Deerrun support over the course of a month, they finally provided some instructions that work: 1. Turn off the machine 2. Hold down the Play/Pause button 3. Turn on the machine while holding down the Play/Pause button 4. Wait until there's an extra beep (which means the remote is paired) In case anyone else runs into similar issues and doesn't want to spend a month trying to figure it out, I wanted to share this here. I hope it helps.
