I recently purchased these boots for bushwalking and doing Parkour with my dog. I did some research and read a lot of reviews. What swayed me towards these boots was the option of getting them in a wide fit and the mostly leather upper . Extra protection against snakes! I got my usual US 7 in the wide fitting and am so glad I did. I did put good quality innersoles in as well , as I do get sore feet occasionally and just wanted the extra padding. If you don’t have any feet issues you probably won’t need the innersoles. These have been such a good investment so far. The grip is great , especially when climbing over rocks and I feel very confident that I won’t slip. They have been worn during some wet weather and have been waterproof as advertised. Another bonus is that the laces don’t come undone and you don’t need to tie a double knot. The eyelets and hooks hold the laces firmly in place so once your boots are tightened they stay that way. You don’t need thick socks as the boots are so padded and soft. No wearing in or Band-Aid’s required. I am so impressed I’ve purchased another pair. Let’s hope they stand the test of time. 🤞

Sole is thin, cracked and came off at the front and back in 10 months after 10 hiking trips while the leather part of the shoe is still ok. The sole may not be as good and lasting as other brands.
