One of the most perfect and price worthy chairs available. Absolutely loved it. Had bought it for my son’s study table and he was immensely pleased with the options / flexibility provided in the chair for different body types. I had been to the local market for a quick research and chairs of exactly similar type were available anywhere from 9k-11k. This particular chair has so many options for adjustment according to your body- the main seat of course, like all others, has a hydraulic lift, which can be raised or lowered as per your convenience; the back tilt mechanism has a lock system and the chair doesn’t tilt over even if you tilt it back significantly, due to the balanced Centre of Gravity design incorporated; the head rest can be adjusted and locked accordingly to your comfort( which by the way again has adjustments on 4 axis); the lumbar support for the lower back also is adjustable; even the arm rests are cushioned and can be lowered or raised as per your comfort level at 4-5 different settings. The seat has a very wide base and is very comfortable. The back supporting mesh is also of fine quality. The overall design is very impressive and furturistic, and is impressive - have attached pictures along with. Couldn’t find any cons as of now; shall update my review after using the chair for sometime. Moreover the seller (most likely the owner), was extremely polite and cooperative when I raised a few concerns and he went out of the way to address them and immediately shipped the required parts at his own cost without any question or doubting me. Wish I could give another star to the seller just for the empathy and his attitude. The chair is highly recommended at this price. A must buy item if you’re looking for a study chair.

Good product for its price!! Pros: - Chair seating area is wide and base is cushioned enough for seating for long use. It's a work chair so don't expect theatre seats comfort. -The wheels and base is sturdy and chrome part looks like it may stay chrome like for long. -The locking mechanism works well. Same for the spring mechanics that allows the back to rock to and fro (when locking is not engaged) - The side handles are soft and rubbery with enough vertical play to find a comfortable position. - The lumber support is also OK. Adjustable easily. - Was easy to assemble. Came with extra screws and allen key. Be careful with the Allen key as it can lose its corners quite easily and become rounded. CONS - Silver grey part on the back is just a thin layer of paint. Expect it to come off and chip away quickly even with mild use. If you kids or pets who may touch this part on and off, expect it to show its black plastic underside in no time - Headrest plastic is flimsy and cannot be locked on pivot position. Vertical movement from base of headrest is good and can be locked into given slots. However, the optimal position for it is actually slightly lower than the last notch/slot so ul have trouble finding the right spot to rest your head. For its price, it can be easily recommended. If u have the budget, can go for something better. But for daily work use, it's a good product.

Dear Reader, I am writing the review as objectively as possible. 1. Requirement - I purchased the chair because I work from home at times. I have a computer job and a really bad lower back. I wanted a chair that can help me sit long hours without causing back spasms snd pain. 2. Issues with the product - 2.1 Insufficient seating area causing unbearable underthigh support - The chair's seating area will not support your underthigh completely, unless you are less than 5 feet 7-8 inches. This causes problems if you want to work long hours (2 hours +). And, if you want to use an orthopedic back Support for your back, it further reduces the underthigh support. 2.2 Lowest height of the chair is not ergonomically suitable - Any competent physiotherapist suggests that a proper sitting posture includes your knees bending at 90 degrees or so. In this chair, the hight of the chair is too much, to practise that. Even when you set the height to the lowest, you are barely able to sit in proper knee position. If your height is less than 5 feet 8 inches or so, it is not possible for you to keep the knees at 90 degrees at all; the chair's lowest possible height is too high to allow that. Both problems - 2.1 and 2.2 - make the product an imprudent, uncomfortable, and ultimately valueless buy. 3. Issues from the seller's side - This may not be the case with every buyer, but it happened to me. Therefore, I am mentioning it here. A T-shaped wrench is supposed to come with the chair, to tighten the screws (as the product is delivered in semi-assembled state). In my case, this tool was not included. I informed the seller of the same via the phone nos. given on the manual. They agreed to courier the T-tool to me, but mentioned my phone no. incorrectly. Because of this, rhe T-wrench never reached me. When I connected with them to regarding this, they squarely put the responsibility of following up with the courier on me, whereas the error was made by them. I have still not received the tool, by the way, and it's been almost 3 weeks since I purchased the chair. The seller could have perhaps at least offered to send another copy of the tool or follow up with the courier, but they did not do that. 4. Final verdict - the cost-benefit ratio is pretty low, of this product. Plus, it is fit for you, only if you are of the average height. If you are taller than average height, you don't get any underthigh support; on the other hand, if your height is on the lower side, you cannot bend your knees at the recommended rightangle. My view is that at the price of 5-6 thousand rupees, the product is not worth it for serious buyers. Hope the review was helpful. Please excuse the typos. I typed the review on a mobile device. Pros: 1. Backrest is very good 2. Seat cushioning is very good 3. I'm able to sit continuously for 9-13 hrs for my office work from home. Of course short breaks in between. Cons: 1. The headrest is a bit wobbly, it doesn't sit in place and rolls back if you put your head on it. (we don't usually rest our heads while working, so not a big concern) 2. Seat height is a bit of concern, if you are less than 5'7" I DO NOT recommend you buying this chair. 3. The highest setting of the seat height is 26 inches (from ground to the highest point of the seat) which is useless as not one will of such height unless you are a Gaint like the great Khali who is 7'.1" Note: I'm 5'.7" and I can barely touch the ground with my feet when the seat is at it's lowest height setting 20 inches (from ground to the highest point of the seat). 5'.7" is the about average height for Indians they should make sure we are able to touch our feet on ground (100%) for at least the average height people. It should actually be ergonomic for heights between 5'2" to 5'11" which will cover for all height folks. Hope Apex chairs takes this ergonomic change and implements in future models. Update: 1. Technician has come to replace the gas lift and the height is now accurate, highest height at 22inches which is very good I Suggest to buy this product!! Very good service!! They replaced the gas lift free @hyderabad. Technician arrive on time as mentioned. 2. Head rest is also set now, he showed me how to tighten the head rest screw. It's no more wobbly! 3. Quality of chair is too good for the price, just keep cleaning it with a micro fiber cloth regulary to avoid accumulation of dust in the mesh on seat back rest and headrest everywhere.

Good chair. Received yesterday, and happy with the use. I am buying this chair for the second time. The first time was from a shop and that chair was already assembled and I used it for a good two years before I had to leave that city. Was satisfied with that product. Now, I decided to re order from Amazon, but it came disassembled. Pros: 1. Although disassembled, the assembly video on Amazon was quite helpful and gave me a step by step direction. Took about 15 minutes to install. 2. The screws fastened loosely to the chair seat were easy to take apart and assemble. 3. The seat is quite comfortable, and gives a good back support for a heavy guy like me. 4. The base is made of steel, so it may last more than a plastic base. Another chair I used earlier broke when I was leaning backways since it's plastic legs couldn't hold my weight (95kgs) Cons: 1. Packaging was open when it arrived. Amazon and the seller should look into it. 2. Noticed a small tear on the cloth material used on the back as shown on the video I have uploaded. I was a bit disappointed at that. 3. There were signs of rusting on the nails and the overall finish didn't look like it would be rust proof - although I see that everything was covered in plastic when it arrived. 4. There were 6 large screws which would go all the way in to the seat, and should be used for connecting the back. But somehow, the way it connects to the actual back doesn't require these screws to go all the way in. It still works, but somehow there is this constant sound when sitting and moving around. So, I am sure the company could have thought of making it more secure. I had to use some lubricant to reduce the noise. 5. Wish the neck support adjustment was bit more better. 6. Overall finish of the product does not make it look premium, but rather a first quality product which is okay for use at home.

Its amazing for the price. I was getting the same type of chair for 9k at a furniture shop. The only issues I could find were in the finishing and the build tolerance. Eg. 1. The armrest is very slightly uneven when fully extended. 2. The tilt mechanism isnt smooth. 3. The finishing on some parts is a little bad. See photo 3. There is some sort of stain on the bottom part. Although its not visible when using the chair. 4. The plastic parts aren't cut very precisely. Doesnt affect the mechanism This is to be expected ofcourse in such a cheap product. The essential features however (height adjustment/lumbar) are well made. The design itself is amazing. Overall, if you value function over looks, then go for this one.

I picked up this chair during the Covid lockdown in 2021 and it’s been my daily companion ever since. Assembly was a breeze—thanks to the included Allen key and clear instructions, I had it ready in no time. It’s been my seat for both work and play, averaging 8–10 hours a day. For its price range, the comfort level is well enough. The mesh back keeps things breathable, although it does tend to collect dust over time. The chair offers lumbar adjustment and tilt-back capabilities—features that are fairly standard at this price point. They're not particularly impressive, but they do the job. Most users will likely set them once and rarely need to revisit. Some wear and tear is expected after years of heavy use. The armrests were initially height adjustable and padded, but the padding wore off, exposing the metal underneath—so I eventually removed them. The neck support didn’t work for me either, so off it went as well. This chair definitely favors taller users in terms of ergonomics. Around the two-year mark, the gas lift gave out. Thankfully, affordable class-4 replacements are easy to find and install with a quick online guide. The wheels occasionally jam, mostly due to household debris, but a quick clean gets them rolling again. One notable drawback is the chrome wheelbase, which has started to rust—likely due to contact with sweaty feet. While it looks sleek out of the box, this material choice may not hold up well in humid conditions or with prolonged barefoot use. All things considered, the chair has done exactly what I needed it to do. It may not be perfect, but it's proven to be a solid, value-for-money choice that’s stood the test of time.

Good points~ All in all fine product. Hope the decision to buy online proves fruitful as offline was 2500 lesser. Thigh support is good, back lumbar adjuster is working and tilt lock is ok. And we're Big and large people with 100 plus in weight. For work from home, study from home or pleasure at home recommended. Brand should focus on finishing though and packing. all parts in place, phone support by technician, self assembly video shared, takes 15 minutes by hand to assemble. Bad points~card board box all battered, tapes coming off from packing, soggy as if wet in water, use of industrial stapler all over for packing plastic on seats, plastic moulding all uneven, housing for lever for lock broken, finger injured while taking out packing should have used tape.
