I am a dude with a thick mustache and get a great seal with this. FAR better than any other mask I have used. No skin irritation. This thing is super comfy and I can sleep in any position. I mostly side sleep. Pro tips- you do not need to tape your lips or any of that nonsense... Your body will naturally not open your mouth. Also, you do NOT need to crank down the straps to get a good seal- that will result in the opposite. It just needs to gently rest and that's it. Watch your mask fit on your unit and you'll see.

I LOVE this nose cushion! I previously used the P30i and it was making my nostrils sore. I used this and have NEVER slept better! I barely feel like anything is there. The small wide is a perfect fit and the quality is an amazing value for the money!

Very comfortable when using

So far, this is the best CPAP mask I've tried. Previously, I tried 4-5 different style masks. They all had some kind of problem. -The masks over the mouth and nose and/or just the nose were too claustrophobic. With the head gear, I felt like I was in a cage. -The dual nostril pad design made the bottom of my nose sore and numb in the morning. -I tired a similar style to this one but without the dark colored comfort pad. It was ok but flapped and moved too much at night. -Then I tried this one recommended by my sleep lab. While it's not perfect, it's the best one so far. No nose pain or feeling claustrophobic. I actually use it for almost the entire night now.

I wasn't sure at first until I put it on and used it. I'm am no longer ordering pillows that go in your nose. This is so comfortable, good seal, once you properly fit it, it has no leak. A little expensive but worth it for a better quality of life. I bought the medium now I'm going to try the large because I have wide nostrile.

Much more comfortable than the ones that go inside your nose. A perfect fit every time. Feels like a soft pillow under your nose.

Really pleased that I purchased this. It is very comfortable & I had longest uninterrupted sleep so far. Only down side is the closeness of the silicone to skin between nose & lips when you are hot. The cushion that has the openings that go into each nostril sits raised above so not touching the skin as much so you dont get sweaty if warm. I would however highly recommend this style. I start night with the other cushion & when inevitably wake up swap to this one as is a breeze to get comfy with this model. Hope this info helps someone's choice as it sure is a nightmare getting used to using the masks.
