Everyone loves it. Cajun but not too spicy even for the kids. I do redfish fillets with the skin/scales still on directly on the grill. Melt some butter and chopped up garlic together. Brush that over the fish. Sprinkle with kosher salt to your taste. And then cover the fish good in Magic Salt-Free seasoning. Cook it over the charcoal with the lid down and throw in a little of your favorite wood for extra smoke if you like. You will be very happy. And the price for this blend is actually pretty good though it will seem high if you compare it to other seasoning blends that include salt. Salt is cheap and all the seasoning companies want to sell you salt in their blended products because that is high markup for them. But this is salt-free which means you are buying only the premium products. And you can control your own salt content precisely (and use kosher salt if you prefer for meats/fish like I do).
