Secure Locking Mechanism!
The double latch is super sturdy and won't pop open even when pushed hard. No longer worry about my strong dog escaping.

Passable resolution, but latency and glitching
As in the audio world, there's a natural desire to leverage a dominant standard like ethernet cable to replace legacy analog or other cables. It's smaller, cheaper and in this case, addresses the desire to move the computer away from the user interfacing devices. If you're building a DIY streaming service entertainment system around a PC, you may want to get the computer out of the way. That was my use case. I just couldn't get it to work reliably with my combination of hardware and software and the provided instructions. You can't have it glitching at the moment in the movie that the long lost lovers are reunited after decades apart.
