Great product and service
The iLife A20 Pro is a great budget robot vacuum — cleans hard floors and carpets well, navigates smoothly, and battery life easily covers a full cleaning cycle. Great value for the price compared to other options out there. Special thanks to Piyush for the excellent repair service — patient, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve the issue. Highly recommend both the product and the support!

Best Robot Vaccum Cleaner with Value for Money
The ILIFE T20s Pro robot vacuum cleaner is a blessing for our family. The vacuum and wet mopping functions are are best in class and way better than some other similar devices in the market. The build quality is excellent and the sensors are very effective in avoiding unnecessary collisions with objects. It has exceeded our expectations and is now like a full fledged family member for us. You can also control it remotely through the app, so the house gets cleaned even when you're out of station. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product and it's a great value for money.

Powerful Cleaning with Smart Features, but Comes with a Learning Curve
I have been using the ILIFE T20s Ultra for some time now, and my overall experience has been good, though with a few practical limitations and a noticeable learning curve. I am not a first-time user of robot vacuum cleaners. I have previously used the Mi Robot Vacuum Cleaner (Gen 1), which is still working even after years (only the battery has degraded). Compared to that, the suction performance of this ILIFE robot is definitely better and it picks up dust more effectively. One design improvement I really liked is the main brush. It comes with detachable end caps, which makes it very easy to remove tangled hair. This was a major pain point in my older Mi robot, where cleaning the brush was quite difficult even with a cutter provided. This feels like a well-thought-out and practical improvement. The mapping and navigation have been good overall. It creates a proper layout of the house and follows a systematic cleaning path. There is also an advanced room planning feature where you can define the order of cleaning (for example, starting with the kitchen first), which is very useful once you understand how to use it. However, there is a learning curve in figuring out these features. The area calculation seems slightly off in my case, as my apartment is around 2000 sq ft (including balconies), but the robot reports a much lower cleaning area. This might also be one of the reasons why edge and corner cleaning is not always thorough. The auto-emptying station is a useful addition. It primarily works based on configured settings like cleaning frequency or time, but I also observed that it can trigger dust collection when the onboard bin is full and then resume cleaning. This adds to the convenience, although some manual tuning is still required to find the optimal setting. Mopping performance is below average. The robot does not alert when the water tank is empty, so you have to manually monitor and refill it during cleaning, which reduces convenience. As a practical tip, I found it easier to use a small bottle (like an RO water bottle) for refilling the tank, and others can explore similar options for convenience. One important limitation I noticed is that while scheduling room cleaning, the robot only allows the "Ordinary" cleaning plan. Even though there are advanced plans (Plan 1 / Plan 2) that support per-room customization like suction and water levels, these cannot be used in scheduled cleaning. This means you have to choose between automation and customization. I chose this product considering the price segment (under ₹30,000), and within this range, I feel it offers fair value for money. Features like advanced obstacle avoidance are generally not available in this category, so some trade-offs are expected. I would also like to mention that the support team was proactive and even offered a free installation and demo visit, which is appreciated. However, I preferred to explore and understand the product on my own. I would like to thank DIYA for the support and follow-up. The communication was helpful and professional throughout. Overall, this is a good product with strong vacuum performance and useful features, but it requires time and effort to fully utilize its capabilities. With some improvements in software flexibility and usability, it could be an excellent product.

Time Saver and Day to day cleaning aid
I recently got the ILIFE T20s Pro and overall I’m very satisfied with it. It has genuinely helped reduce the cleaning burden, especially given that I live in a house with three floors. 👍 What I like The dust-collection is very efficient — it picks up the usual dust, crumbs and dry debris that we’d otherwise broom over. The multi-map support works brilliantly for my house: since it has 3 floors, being able to map each floor and have the robot handle all of them is a huge plus. The vacuum function is strong — hair, long strands, dust all get picked up (although with one caveat, see below). The mopping feature is decent for everyday cleaning: it won’t match a human doing a deep mop, but for day-to-day maintenance it works well. The self-emptying / multi-map / organised routing features mean I can set it and more-or-less forget (save for maintenance), which is a big win. 👎 What could be better Mopping won’t be as perfect as a human hand/cloth: if there are heavy stains, sticky patches, or corners where water or dirt have built up, the robot sometimes leaves traces or requires a follow-up by hand. Long-hair / pet hair is kind of a “blessing and a curse” : on the plus side, the robot picks up lots of hair strands that a broom would miss. But on the downside, those hair strands tend to entangle in the main brush, which reduces efficiency until you clean the brush. So: you need to clear the main brush quite often to keep the robot working at its best. Edge/corner performance and tricky spots still need human intervention sometimes. Also, depending on how complex the furniture/floor layout is, you may need to help it map or clean up obstacles. ✅ Final verdict If you’re looking for convenience, multi-floor mapping, strong vacuuming (especially for dust and hair), the ILIFE T20s Pro is a very good choice. Just keep realistic expectations for the mopping performance (it takes care of everyday messes; for heavy duty cleaning you’ll still need manual help). Also build in a bit of maintenance (cleaning the main brush, clearing hair, etc.) for best results. For my situation (3 floors, a busy house, needing something more hands-off) it’s been a great buy.
