Didn't solve my issue

This product did not work for my toilet . It did not fizz or bubble like in the video . For the $18.99 that I paid I would like a full refund as the clog was still there . And I followed the instructions fully .and there was very little standing water in the bowl .

1. Make sure to do this late night when no one is using the sink or the shower. 2. Boil a pot of hot water. Pour into your sink or shower drain. Which ever one is clog. After pouring the hot water. Wait for 15 second. Next step. Make sure you have another pot of hot water for the next step. 3. Pour the product into the drain. You can use a half cup measurement cup if you want. Or whatever how much you feel that you think you should put into the drain. I only use half cup. 4. Once you pour the product into. Once you see it foam up. Wait again for 15 second than pour another hot pot of water into the drain again. You well hear your drain making a a sound like the water went through. 5. There you go. It’s clog free. Run the shower for bout 3 minutes. Now no nor clog turn off shower. Everything is good to shower or use sink by morning or so.

I was very skeptical at first. The reviews were very mixed but I had a massive clog in my kitchen sink so I figured this was my last resort before I call a plumber. The sink had a bit of standing water. I poured this powder over the drain. Instantly it foamed up like a volcano. (Pro tip: wear a mask. The fumes that came up when this happened smelled vile. And I wasnt prepared for it. Caused all of us to cough. I obviously didnt read the warning label.) Thinking this was just a fake reaction I let it sit for about 15 mins. When I got back to it there wasnt any water in the sink anymore just a lot of nasty foam and black flakes. I poured about a gallon of hot water down the drain. IT ACTUALLY WORKED!!! I checked the pipes under the sink to make sure nothing was cracked or leaking. Everything looks fine so far. It saved me from hiring a plumber.

After reading the directions on this I was nervous using it in my toilet. But instead I dumped it directly in the septic holding tanks. It fusses right away so be careful to protect your eyes and skin. It may work alright, but don’t think I would get it again?

Im apologize for my previous post, I overreacted after seeing that when i poor the powder in to the sink it clogged more, after 8hrs i fill sink with hit water and pumped with toilet pump and it goes immediately, es been a week already and still clear flow every single time, so I suggest to depend on every situation use some hot water when pouring the powder and wait some time, give the product time to working and rinse

Muy buen producto. Lo usé para destapar el fregadero y funcionó rápido. Fácil de usar y bastante efectivo incluso con tuberías muy tapadas. La cantidad rinde bastante y el resultado se nota casi al instante. Lo recomiendo para tener en casa cuando hay problemas de drenaje.

Product does not work. A total waste of time and money. The water level in my toilet has not dropped an inch the last two days. I would like a refund, but that most likely will not happen. Used entire contents of the package so there is no product to return.

I’ve had issues for a while with the drains for my downstairs toilet and utility room blocking up which then makes the toilet fill up when it’s flushed, I usually unblock it using a poll and plunger system through the manhole which works for a while ( before blocking again), I was a little sceptical but thought I’d try it, it was easy to use and now my drains are draining really well (after 3 weeks) I will use this again and every 2-3 months ( or so) just so my drains don’t get blocked again

Pricey for this small amount..Works well unclog get the bathtub!

Used 2 of these very small containers of crystal lye a d still have a plugged kitchen sink. I think this product is almost 100% sodium hydroxide and I think it made my plugged sink worse since hot water and grease can create a hard soap which plugs the sink more. I would return it if I had any left! Next time I will look for an enzyme cleaner instead.

Very disappointed - followed instructions to the letter. When flushed it had made no difference. Very expensive for something that failed to work

Forget the Mr Muscle or JCB, this really does the business! They should update the packaging though. It doesn’t really help it.
