Very comfy and mostly did the trick
Let's face it, it's difficult to sleep sitting. This neck pillow makes it somewhat easier, but it won't magically allow you to fall asleep. It's comfy and the back straps to hold you head back do work. It could be a little taller for me as my head still fell a bit too much to the side, but using it was way better than nothing. It's worth it if you travel a lot or have a long haul flight coming up.

Best travel pillow I ever bought
Best travel pillow I’ve ever purchased. Although the straps to attach to the chair were not big enough on 2 different airlines (AF and Air Mauritius), it was not an issue because when you recline your seat, your head does not tilt forward. I could actually get some sleep thanks to this pillow, which is a new thing for me.
