Hens got used to it but slugs get in. It's disgusting as they put slime all over the food and the food becomes a stone with it. I wouldn't recommend...

it does prevent sparrows from being able to get at the food but slugs manage to get in and completely ruin the food and its very difficult to get them out and clean so overall not a very good feeder.

Depuis que j'utilise cette mangeoire automatique, j'ai remarqué une diminution significative du gaspillage de nourriture. Mes volailles semblent rapidement s'habituer au mécanisme et accèdent sans problème à la nourriture. De plus, j'ai observé moins de présence de rongeurs autour de l'aire d'alimentation, ce qui prouve l'efficacité du système anti-nuisibles.En conclusion, la mangeoire automatique OLBA Feedomatic 5 kg est un excellent ajout pour tout éleveur de volailles cherchant à optimiser l'alimentation de ses animaux tout en réduisant le gaspillage et en protégeant la nourriture des nuisibles. Très pratique, les poules s’y habituent très vite. Il ne faut plus se tracasser tous les jours pour leur porter à manger. Je recommande.

Für mich als Hobbyhalter ist der Futterautomat vielleicht ein wenig übertrieben, jedoch ebenso wie eine elektrische Hühnerklappe eine maximale Erleichterung! Die Verarbeitung ist super, es wird nichts Nass, ist leicht zu befüllen, und die Hühner haben das Prinzip nach einer sehr kurzen Eingewöhnungsphase verstanden. Lediglich die Klappe ist beim schließen nach der Futterentnahme ein wenig laut, jedoch stört es weder die Hühner noch mich. Mit einen kleinen Streifen Abdichtband, kann dies maximal reduziert werden, um nicht noch die schlafende Nachbarin zu wecken ;-)
