Gives you a brand new energy level.
I noticed a difference in my energy level two days after taking this iron supplement. I feel like a brand new person. I have had to constipation, nor had any problem with my stomach being upset if not taken with food. I will be buying these iron supplements in the future.

Excellent product
I’m required to take two iron supplements daily. When it doesn’t go down the first time, the taste is actually tolerable. Works great! Absorbed well.

Good for the gut
If you are like me and having constipation or diarrhea at the site of iron tablets but gotta take them anyway. Buy these, they dont case stomach problems. Just take them with water or citrus juice and avoid eating 30 minutes before and after eating the tablet and you would be fine.

Worked So Well That I Got Iron Toxicity
I’ve been iron deficient my whole life but never thought it was anything bad or serious until I read about the problems it can cause long-term or to a baby if pregnant. So I freaked out and bought the highest dosage and absorption percentage (these pills) because I thought I needed to catch up on all of the years that I’ve been deficient. Well, after taking it twice (once on Monday, once on Wednesday) I felt really weird. I thought I caught Cov!d-19 though so I took the iron again on that Friday. After that is when I got iron toxicity. I couldn’t put my head horizontally without wanting to throw up, moving positions in bed would cause pain and other GI symptoms occured. I’m petite and took too high of a dosage for my height and weight (5’3 & 110 lbs) but that’s my fault! Just goes to show that these pills do their job and work fast!
