I was super excited for this item to come in and it didn’t disappoint. It fit great in my space, it has plenty of hooks and the trunk space for storage, and it looks really pretty. The assembly was the worst part for me. (1) This is definitely a TWO person job. Do not be stubborn and try to do the whole thing by yourself like I did, or you’ll be sitting there struggling for three hours. (2) I had no issues with any missing pieces or hardware for assembly, but one thing the package didn’t include was a kind of tool to assemble everything. All you’ll need is a screw driver, but mine happened to be misplaced at the time, so an allen wrench was used and I struggled majorly. (3) Be mindful of what you’re paying for. It looks sleek and nice overall in the finished product, but the pieces are not the best quality and can be damaged easily, so no drills or over tightening the screws! Overall I’m very happy and I look forward to seeing how long this lasts.

It was the best gift ever for Christmas. It looks great in my brand new laundry room as a coat rack. Would order it again actually the family loves it and I have showed them where I ordered it from, color is perfect.

The holes are in the wrong place for the bottom part of the hinge. I need to make new holes (or I can leave the hinges off). Board must have moved or machine got out of alignment during the process. The instructions are real precise and easy to follow. I was impressed with that. The locking screw over the screw/bolt was an interesting engineering development and easy to use however it does come loose if there is not enough space to tighten it inside the hole. There was one long piece that came slightly warped and I had to fight it into place but it complied to my demands. All in all, I think it will work for what it was built for. It seems sturdy but I am still anchoring it to the wall. You have to be careful of it around water though. It is made of particle board.

Hall tree and bench arrived quickly and assembly instructions were great. Easily assembled in 90 minutes and all pieces fit perfectly. Bench is sturdy and fit nicely in the smaller space we needed in for. We definitely recommend this product for the price and ease of use.

I recently purchased this item and, unfortunately, it has turned out to be one of the worst purchases I've made in the last few years. Due to some house repairs, I was unable to install it right away, which meant I missed the return window. Upon installation, I quickly realized that the quality is far from what you would expect for home furniture; it feels more appropriate for a children's playhouse. The top part is particularly concerning, as it’s only attached by two small screws, making it quite flimsy. I attempted to hang my small laptop bag on it, and to my dismay, one of the hinges broke almost immediately. This has made the item not only impractical but also unsafe for everyday use. Overall, I regret this purchase and would advise potential buyers to look for something more durable and reliable. Save your money for a product that can withstand regular use!

Even though the instruction manual was missing a page, it turned out great! Chat GPT helped with find a complete instruction manual and it fit perfectly in my spot.

So I read all of the reviews prior to buying this and I do agree that this was difficult to assemble and came in a zillion pieces...BUT this is AMAZING for the price. It looks like a quality piece, it’s not made out of cheap board and I love it. What I will say is that the bench top does not open all the way, it opens 2/3 of the way which is fine. I’m not sure how sturdy the hooks are, but in all fairness, kids come home with backpacks 50lbs or more and I don’t think any hook will hold. These hooks are for coats and sweaters not 100 lb book bags. Mine is primarily decorative, but we will use the bench storage to store shoes and the hooks for coats. I love it. I hired a professional to assemble this since it was so inexpensive and I do not regret that decision. This is not bright white, it is an off white...but it can be painted if it’s not bright enough to match your trim. I don’t regret buying this and I’d do it again!

Instructions were a little hard to follow but I did get it put together. It uses these cams to lock boards in place. They are not as strong as they could be and I bent a couple by over tightening them so be careful. I took stars away for that. For the money it’s okay. It was the perfect size for the space I needed it to fit.
