A must for low and slow
Used this paper to wrap my brisket for the last 4 hours and it was melt in your mouth delicious!

Oh Yeah
Brisket and Pulled Pork are essential this summer and being able to keep cooking after I've gotten my bark and start to put moisture back into my meat and finish cooking, this was well worth it. Plus I ran out and saw the 2 for 1 deal so I jumped on it.

Safe wrapping for your foods
I like the idea of butcher paper to wrap my food into line, my baking sheets and pans. I did not know that tinfoil and plastics release, carcinogens and particles that are hazardous to your health. I am now using butcher paper all my wrapping and cooking needs.!

Wrap it up now
Wraps a brisket quite well. Came quickly almost as fast as smoking a brisket
