Literally is all it is, it’s pretty as a bottle but to drink from it you have to unscrew the top and drink like it is a normal bottle as the straw is inoperative. Very disappointed as I really wanted this bottle for so long.

Look of the bottle and overall cleaning process was fine. Delivery was quick and so was return process very simple. The reason I returned this bottle is because it couldn’t keep hot water hot for long time. Hardly 4 hours or so. I was looking for reliable options upto 12 hours and it did not meet expectations.

I love the bottle . However it arrived with a small dent on the top and poor packaging.

Nice sturdy bottle that keeps water cool for long periods. Only issue is that it can be difficult to clean the mouth piece and this put me off using it as I was concerned it was becoming a bit mouldy even after soaking and trying to use a brush!
