Great fire
I ordered this for my brother as he hasnโt got central heating. Heโs really happy with the fire but cost ยฃ350 to get it installed.

Cheapest on the market
Best heat from this fire,especially with the prices of gas/electric. Difficult to find fault with this , easy to install, by Registered gas fitter

Poor Quality
Bought for elderly mother as it was the only one we could find that had the controls on the top and east to use . Fire is very very flimsy , but throws out decent heat

FLAVEL FIRENZA
Ordered a Flavel firenza in October and it was delivered on time, however the ignition switch no longer works. No click and therefore no pilot light. I had a gas fitter out to fix it and was amazed when he said that it was an electrical problem and as he was a gas fitter I would have to call out an electrician to fix the problem. I am now left with a useless unusable gas fire.

Fire control switch would be to complicated for some people & the firms help line is absolute rubbish.
