Perfect balance of sweetness and salt

Having enjoyed the salted caramel syrup, I tried this and really like it! The salt balances the sweetness and enhances the vanilla flavor very well. It makes sense because every sweet cookie and cake recipe needs some salt to do the same thing. I wish these syrups were available with half the sugar content, which would be just as delicious and allow the actual flavors to really stand out.
