Title: Dangerous, Defective & UnusableโCaused Burns
I purchased this heated knee massager hoping for relief for my grandmother-in-law, but within minutes of first use, the unit overheated, burned through the fabric, and left small but painful burn spots on her knee. This is unacceptable for any medical or wellness device. Iโm returning it and demanding a full refundโand if you value your safety, steer clear. This productโs design and quality control are dangerously substandard. Amazon, please remove this from your listings until itโs completely redesigned and tested!
