Crust-Boosting Powerhouse for Homemade Pizza Nights 🍕
I bought this pizza steel to take my homemade pizza to the next level. My standard oven doesn’t give enough bottom heat, and I wanted a way to crisp the crust without burning the top. This steel does exactly that! This thing is heavy, and that’s a good thing. It’s solid steel, smooth, clean, and professional-looking. The quality is obvious the moment you open the box. On the first use, I got a golden, crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese. It cooks faster, which helps avoid overbaking the top. The size of my pizza is is limited by the size of my pizza peel. But that being said, if it's perfectly on this pizza steel. Moreover, the pizza steel itself fit in all three ovens I tried. Great balance of surface area without being oversized. It discolors slightly with use (normal), but it’s easy to clean. I just leave it in the oven full-time and don't have to worry about taking it in and out. Bottom line: This is a must-have tool if you’re serious about pizza night. Solid construction, great results, and totally worth the investment. I’ll be using it for a long time to come.

Buy it! Great pizzza, bread and more!
I wish I'd known to buy this over the pizza stone. My only gripe is having to wait for it to heat up, but it's well worth the wait. Not just for pizza but for breads, which I prefer to open bake. I would say it's about as heavy as a Dutch oven, but you don't have to take it out of the oven while it's piping hot and risk of burning yourself. Let it cool in the oven as it holds heat for a while. Easy to store. Once seasoned, easy to clean and maintain. I like the size for me, since I only bake 1-2 loaves at a time and my pizzas are no larger than 12inches. The hole in the corner makes it easy to grab. Really wish I could find a 12x12 or 11x11 to fit my countertop oven.

Defective product they clearly repackaged
What is this weird glue pattern? It seems like half of the reviews end up with this weird patterns this was clearly a repackaged steel that someone was unsatisfied with…you can clearly see one side has been taped

Superior customer service and products!
Ordered Oleek Pizza steel plate and i was happy with their quick delivery! As soon as i opened the package, it had brown stains that look like plastic imprints on both sides of the plate. I wanted to use it that weekend but decided to return it. To my surprise the company reached out to me and expressed their genuine concern and offered to ship another product. I accepted the offer and immediately received a replacement that went over and above my expectations. They not only provide products, they specialize in genuine customer satisfaction! The replacement pizza steel plate worked perfectly, faster cooks and crispier crusts on both my pizza and sourdough bread! Sticky Substance
Edit: great customer service received a gift and a new round steel. Works great restaurant quality pizza from my oven. Well just like most people mine showed up covered in a sticky plastic substance making the steel unusable as I don’t want that in my 500 degree oven. Looks like customer service is good so I’ll contact them directly, I will update review after dealing with company

I love the way this cooks pizza! Takes a while to get warm though because of its thickness but that’s also a plus becuase it stays hot!

Great Product, Great Company
When I first got the steel, it had some kind of residue that I couldn’t wash off. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a new (and newer model!) steel that is amazing and works so great. It’s the Sam as a Lodge pan I have, but it was a quarter of the price. Super durable, and heavy (which is good!) I definitely recommend this profit and company!

Love it!
I was having a house full of 8 year olds over night and thought it would be a great idea to have a make you own pizza supper, but to be honest, my homemade pizza never turned out all that great. After doing a bunch of research, I thought the pizza steel would be more beneficial than a pizza stone. While I can't compare it to a stone, I can tell you that this thing is awesome and pretty heavy. It makes really great pizza! From other's suggestions, I use Semolina and I've never had any issue at all with pizza sticking to the steel. I crank my oven up to 500, preheat the pizza steel for 30 mins or so, and slide the pizza/stromboli on the steel. A pizza is done in 8-10 minutes and it honestly tastes just like a pizza shop. I was hesitant to spend this much on a chunk of stainless, but I do not regret it one bit! Totally worth the price if you enjoy homemade pizza and stromboli!
