Inalsa Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with your garment steamer and the extremely poor service support I have received. I purchased my first Inalsa cloth steamer, which worked smoothly for about six months before it suddenly stopped functioning. Believing in your brand, I purchased a second unit. Unfortunately, this new steamer stopped working within just one month of use. Despite repeatedly contacting your customer care team and raising several complaints, no technician has visited or provided any assistance. The lack of response and follow-up is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I want to clearly state that both the product quality and after-sales service have been extremely poor. My experience has been so frustrating that I would not recommend this product to anyone. It deserves a zero rating, you review this product’s quality issues to prevent other customers from facing the same problems. Please take immediate action regarding my complaint. I expect either prompt repair/replacement or an alternative resolution at the earliest.
