I just got this and used for making maple syrup. This worked great and was very accurate.

Good thermometer and works for home well, but digital in general is a little more difficult to get accurate reading. I either have to hold it so it doesn't touch the bottom of the pan, or have someone hold it for me while I stir. I still use the old candy thermometer for something like toffee or peanut brittle.

Hey all finally got to try out this thermometer... I gotta say I loved it. it was easy to set up and use. Easy to read. Easy to clean. The only issue I encountered with this one is the accuracy of the temperature. It read about 2 degrees cooler than it should but I can work around that. I think it was a decent price for the product. After reading the reviews I knew what I was getting into trying this one out. but the seller is trying to work out all of the bugs and have been really helpful in anyway I have needed so far. I think with a little bit of time they can have a solid product that would be worth it in the future. Keep working toward making it better!! When I need a new one I will most likely get another one of these. I can work around the small inconveniences it has.

最悪。 唐揚げの油の温度を確認するために購入しましたが、初回使いで油面から20cmほど離れた本体が油の温度に耐えきれず、本体のプラスチックが高温で歪んで液晶画面も真っ黒。 即、ゴミ箱送りです。 お金放っただけ。
