Awesome tool; convenient
This has become my go-to circular saw guide for quick cross cuts. No setup time at all and very safe. Lightweight but solid build quality. The straight edge is also good for drawing lines. And the ruler is very handy to quickly doublecheck short lengths without having to pull out the tape measure. I just leave it hanging on a peg for a quick grab and cut. Easy to wipe/shake off dust from the cut. A very practical invention.

Great Tool For Homeowner
I built a large trellis with the Bora tool plus a 20V Porter Cable hand saw. It is extremely helpful and made the project fun and accurate. Love this tool. You must use it with caution, and it is possible to run your circular saw blade onto the tool if you are not careful in your stroke.

EXCELLENT, GIMMICKY ACCESSORY THAT I DIDN'T REALLY NEED.
THIS IS A NICE ACCESSORY THAT HAS A TALLER, LONGER, MORE SUBSTANTIAL TOOL GUIDE FENCE THAN A 7" OR 12" SPEED SQUARE WHICH U CAN GUIDE UR SAW W/IN AT LEAST TWO OF THE ANGLES. THE THING W/THIS IS I DON'T SEE IT LASTING IN THE FIELD. THE BODY OF THE SQUARE IS SOMEWHAT FLIMSY & THIN. THE PLASTIC RAILS THE ALUMINUM FENCE RIDES IN ARE SUBJECT TO GAULING (FRICTIONAL PEELING). THE 22.5° & 60° ANGLES ARE RARELY USED I FRAMING, IF AT ALL, THEY'RE USED IN INTERIOR TRIM MILLWORK & DONE ON A COMPOUND MITER SAW & NOT FREEHAND. FINISH CARPENTER'S DON'T NECESSARILY USE CIRCULAR SAWS THEY RIP W/A TABLE SAW & CUT MITRES & COMPOUND MITRES ON THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPOUND MITER SAW OR SLIDING COMPOUND MITER SAW.

Garbage.
Useless. Difficult to set up and change position. It sticks and the metal part scrapes the plastic.

Could be much better
The main body is polymer. The straight edge is aluminum. The aluminum edge does not slide easily within the body. I guess this is a good trait. The primary caveat to this tool is that it's difficult to hold to the board and hold the board too, while trying to use the saw. The other issue is that the body (plastic part) has rubber inserts in the edges to help prevent the unit from sliding on the edge of the wood while its being held in place. That is a nice idea. However, in trying to hold it in place, and the board, and use the saw, I discovered that these rubber inserts are easily compressed. Your 90* cut line ends up not being 90*. I find it difficult to use on anything other than a 2x4. YMMV

Good idea, poor execution
I read the mixed reviews and decided to try it anyway. Unfortunately, the negative reviews were right. The concept is good, but the execution is poor. The extruded aluminum track is nice, so I give that 5 stars. But the plastic handle is junk, so I give that 1 star. The fit of the plastic handle into the channels of the aluminum track is poor, making the angles inaccurate and the track difficult to adjust. Both the 90 and 45 degree angles were off by half a degree. If I wanted accuracy that bad, I could make my cuts freehand. I do like the aluminum track, so I'm going to keep that and build my own handle from scrap plywood and some aluminum angle I have lying around. But this is the kind of thing that drives me crazy as a mechanical engineer. It wouldn't have been that hard or expensive to make a better, more accurate handle. Now I have to make one myself with free scraps from my shop, and it will work better than the crappy Chinese plastic I just paid for.

La poignée est un peu légère au niveau de la qualité du plastique et lorsqu'on modifie la position de celle-ci sur un autre bord, les rainures ne s'ajustent pas correctement. A voir à l'usage...

Works as described, helps make quick cuts. I used it to make 90 and 45 deg cuts so far and it really helped me make fairly accurate cuts - good enough for diy deck build job.
