Intech Behemoth 520cc Golf Drivers

Had not golfed in years and filled in on a scramble. I was surprised how straight I hit the ball. I certainly didn’t break any distance records compared to my younger partners but was super surprised on my drives. 15 of 18 holes straight down the fairway. Seems good quality for the money, looks good, can’t speak of the durability as only shot one round, but seems solid so far.

I admit golf is a struggle for me. I duff shots and hook drives consistently. Well, that mostly changed after I purchased this oversized driver. My drives are consistently, straighter. Length is not much different but since I’ve never been a long driver, I’m very happy with this club.

It hits straight and is very forgiving, but get the stiff flex if you want any kind of added distance. The senior flex doesn't care if you give it a smooth light flick or really smack it with feeling, it will simply not transfer that added power. It does however allow you to slow down and work on smoothness without a lot of compromise in distance, and actually helped me get more out of my stiffer drivers because of it, but it didn't launch it into space like I hoped. It did fly really straight though, in spite of my sloppy swing. For the price I'm happy with it.

The head broke away from the shaft!! The piece where the head broke away was plastic!! The head of a driver being connected to the shaft by plastic is ridiculous, and obviously why it broke in the first place!! I want my money back!!!

Not what I expected very hard to control club face , you will slice half the time Does not do well with soft golf balls

It's illegal for tournaments. But boy did I feel like a pro at the driving range. That ball sailed. It's helped me understand my clubs better. If golfing with friends, I'm not walking all over the place looking for my ball because my ball flies further, straighter and I'm not tired after golfing.

Good from the price point of view

Big. Looks impressive. Hits around 220 to 250 yards for me. Gets some time to get use to. For the money it's great. Don't compare it to a mid to high end club ... you get what you pay for.
