Vacuum was easy to set up and use with the app. Mapped the home with no problems. It does everything it states it can do. Gets in corners and along base boards well, goes under and around objects (e.g. chairs at dining table). Leaves a clean, dry surface with combination of vacuum and mopping. Main recommendation is to pick up throw and bathroom rugs prior to mapping and running. We live in dusty, dry area with grass and dirt constantly brought in by our dogs. This vacuum keeps the house clean during the week and reduces the number of deeper cleanings we have to do throughout the year. Easy to find replacement parts that are good quality and cheap. Great purchase.

Smart cleaner! This robot vacuum was recommended to me by a relative, and after using it, I find it incredibly convenient. It has saved me a great deal of time; I simply control it via a mobile app, and it simultaneously vacuums and mops—cleaning every nook and cranny of the house thoroughly. It is remarkably smart: it prompts me when it needs a water refill and automatically returns to clean its mop pads. I use it to clean my floors twice a week, and it keeps my home looking spotless. I have used robot vacuums from other brands in the past—some even more expensive than this one—but none cleaned as effectively. I am extremely satisfied with this device.

This little vacuum quickly mapped out our house and it has remembered where the rugs are, where the vinyl is, and how to get back home. The charge lasts for hours and it makes trips back to clean the mops on long runs. The vacuum itself has shown only one irritating little flaw -- it leaves little drips on the floor as it mops. Often it catches them on its return path, but I usually do a bit of cleanup with a towel when it finishes mopping an area. I keep thinking I will open it up to see if a hose inside is loose or cracked, but so far it has just been a bit of an irritation. I did learn to clean out the dirty water bin on the main unit at least once a week. It can get really stinky. Also, I am not certain about how it is using cleaning solution. Either it uses only a few drops each mopping session or it is not using any at all. It will take a couple more months before I decide just what is going on there. If need be, I will just add cleaning solution to the fresh water.

I’ve had this vacuum under a year and I am ready for a replacement. It works “fine.” My house does look vacuumed and clean all the time. The mapping is spectacular, and the object avoidance is decent. Here are my problems. It does not “see” low obstacles and gets stuck all the time. Things like a cat tree base, a table with metal rail base, heat registers, Christmas tree stands etc. It also is no match for any kind of loose string. It gets stuck in the short fringe of my Persian carpets near daily. Also, pet excrement- hair balls does not see it and will run it right over. BUT, it dos see fur from a cat fight and will vacuum around it. 😒 It stinks. I use the branded cleaner for the mopping, but it smells awful when it’s air drying. I have cleaned every part I am able to, but it still smells like mildew mixed with cleaner. The inside of the machine is not able to be cleaned, and it does not self clean. It just self cleans the mop pads. Which is another problem, they keep falling off! One pad falls off about weekly. I found a pad on the floor this morning because the Velcro was not sticking. Also this morning, I found the roller brush sitting in the hallway while the vacuum was tackling my kitchen. The enclosure had somehow caught on something and detached itself, along with the roller brush. For a $600 robot vac (which is what I paid for it 7 months ago in August 2025) I expected better. It needs babysat way too much. If you have no pets and only a few carpets, it would be ok.

Had been using the DEEBOT T50 PRO every day since I brought it. My experience has been great. The setup is super easy with the great ECOVACS HOME App. It took me less than 10 min from unboxing to start mapping. I’m very impressed with the mapping feature, it gets 95% of my house layout correct on the first try. It identify where my rug is. As for the most important part, the cleaning, it excess my expectation. I schedule it to vacuum everyday and mop twice a week. So far, it had kept all the accessible area clean, and have not run into any error. It does a good job on picking up crumbs and hairs and it cleans along the walls and corners well. Using the App, I scheduled the time to start and room order on each cleaning session. I just let it do its thing when I goes to work. The only maintenance is to clean the dirty water tank and tray after each mopping. As long as you don’t expect it to do 100% what a person can do, you will be very pleased with it.

It’s older model but I really this brand. I brought many of robots for my Airbnb houses and my own house. Especially my house has 3 of them! I set this one upstairs to clean up kids bedrooms. The battery is totally enough for whole upstairs with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I barely hear when it works upstairs. It has multiple level of suctions and works well on wood floor and carpet. I love it has a feature that I can turn on camera to see when it’s working. Great price for sure! Definitely highly recommended to anyone who is looking for robot to help out.

Wow, I don't know where to start, just stop everything you're doing, and order this vacuum cleaner, without thinking twice!!!! This is an investment in life quality. The best gift I bought to myself as a mother of 4 little children!!!!. Since I have this amazing device, every morning I wake up to a shiny floor without working hard. I'll start with the fact that the installation of the vacuum cleaner is very easy and clear, really not complicated. There is a great app that explains everything, connects to the vacuum cleaner, and through it you can plan the vacuuming/washing route, the power, choose the areas/rooms you want to clean, control the speed, and all this in any language you choose. I simply control the vacuuming through my phone in bed or on the couch and it works for me, it's crazy. The vacuum cleaner scans and maps each area, saves the map in the app, for each area of ​​the house, and builds a route for itself. The vacuum cleaner's technology is really advanced, and easy to operate. The robot looks modern and elegant, and it is built flat so it fits under beds and dressers, areas that I don't get to reach on a daily basis at all. I have few areas with flooring and some with laminate, and you can choose in the settings the amount of water you want when washing, which is important for different type of floors, and to my surprise the vacuum cleaner knows how to identify stairs and stop, which really worried me at first since I have many areas with wide stairs in my house, so for those who have stairs, don't worry. At the end of the cleaning, the app updates that it has finished, summarizes the route it took, and also alerts you if it needs to be filled with clean water/emptied the dirty water. During the route, if necessary, the vacuum cleaner returns to its station to change water, empty dirt, and rinse the pads, and when it returns to work again, it returns to exactly the same spot where it stopped, which is simply amazing to me, how much today's technology is developing. This device is needed in every home. so happy that I purchased this product, it is truly life-changing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't hesitate to purchase, its an investment , and worth every dollar!!!!

On the surface this vacuum seems outstanding. If you have a short haired dog or cat and hardwood floors, this is perfect for you. If you have a long haired dog and carpet, this is NOT the one for you. When I first set it up, the app is easy, the mapping is quick and it does an ok job designating room separation in an open floor plan. The scheduling is easy and the cleaning modes and suction power are all easy to set in the app. When vacuuming the first two weeks, it would leave little balls of fur on the ground here and there. I decided this was just because it was doing a good "deeper clean" than my last vacuum and so it would pick all of that up in a day or two. That never happened. Every use on standard thickness carpet left little balls of pet hair on the floor that I would have to use a stick vacuum to pick up after it was done. The emptying, mopping and everything works well, its just the issues with it leaving fur behind or so I thought. After a month, I would get notices that there was an issue that I needed to check the brush or the wheel or it is off the floor. Each time it said brush, some of the dog hair would be rolled up between the roller and the suction input and that would be the issue. Each time it said wheel or it was off the ground, there wouldn't be any apparent cause for this. After a few days or repeated daily stopping, it became a problem as soon as it would leave the dock. It would not make it six inches without it saying there was a problem. I replaced the roller, the brushes, cleaned every part of the vacuum and it would work for a day or two and then the same thing. I had watched a lot of youtuve reviews, vacuum wars youtube channel and many others before deciding on this one and have regretted it after the first month. After all of the issues I have had, I went back to an upright vacuum and will just do it myself. The frustration of this vacuum is not worth it.

We use a Narwal J2 on the first floor, but this Ecovacs is significantly more powerful and advanced in every way. Our upper floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and this robot tackles the entire layout with absolute ease. What really stands out is the Ecovacs App—it is exceptionally well-designed, intuitive, and easy to use. Setting up virtual boundaries, managing maps, and scheduling cleans is a breeze. Between the smart app control, precise room-to-room navigation, and the fully automated Omni station, it delivers a flawless, truly hands-free experience. Highly recommended!

للاسف انتظرت اكثر من 55 يوم حتى يصلني المنتج و بعد وصول المنتج وجدت انه لا يعمل بشكل جيد ( عيب تصنيع في مضخة الماء ) اي انه لا يستطيع مسح الارضيات مضى على الاسترجاع 10 ايام و حتى الان لم تصلني اموالي تجربة سيئة جداً
