Must for homemade noodles
Husband made homemade noodles and needed the ‘00’ flour. Couldn’t find at local grocery store so ordered it. Noodles were great and he even made homemade sauce. Just wish he’d do it more often.

Great flour combo for pasta
This combo of flour is what I make my pasta with and it gives a perfect balanced taste. It’s on the pricier side but I think is worth the cost for indulgent pasta dishes.

Makes great pasta!
We just got back from a trip to Italy and I wanted to try to replicate the delicious fresh pasta we enjoyed during our trip. I was pleasantly surprised that by using equal part of the Napoli ‘00’ + semola (semolina) flour, fresh eggs, my stand mixer, and an inexpensive pasta machine I was able to get excellent results. In some of my research I learned that the ‘00’ flour has a higher protein content and when mixed with the semolina flour it produced a hearty and flavorful pasta. Each bag weighs 2.2 lb and I estimate I can make about 6 servings of pasta with this set. One serving produced enough pasta for my family of 4. I will be buying these flours again.

Have high hopes for homemade pasta....
Have not made pasta with them yet. But the bags are very small! Hopefully they will be worth it. Will update once I make pasta.

These fours will enable you to create your pasta to perfection. We made two batches using farm eggs and a nice Italian pasta machine and it yielded a lovely Tagliatelle that was a hit for everyone for dinner!
