I need to share my review so that it may continue to help other people like myself. I have suffered forever with bowl and gut problems. As a very young child I had a prolapsed bowel and then growing up I was constantly constipated, in pain, bloated and miserable with IBS. I've had numerous procedures to get rid of hemorrhoids from constantly straining, which has left me with a herniated bowel. As I got older and reached the menopause, things became 100% worse. I couldn't eat any green vegetables, root vegetables, any kind of spices, wheat, potatoes, onions, garlic, fruits, in fact, my diet was pathetic.
