I love this reformer! Seriously. I love it. It is my first one and one day when I have MAYBE I’ll upgrade to another but that’s a BIG maybe. This reformer is SOLID! It’s heavy steel construction with strong welds. If you find you need it to glide a little smoother, some wd40 will work perfect in the tracks. I’m able to get incredible workouts right in my garage WITHOUT setting up a home gym. I just pull my car out and open up my reformer. When done, close the reformer, roll it up against the wall and put my car back! I work out every other day now. I’m extremely pleased with this product 🥰🥰🥰

Both wheels are messed up. When I push, the rubber falls off the wheel and it is eating the rubber. It feels dragging! I have this machine for less than a month and probably used 6x total and now what? How do I fix this issue??? Not happy! And what are these little black sand that keeps falling and making a mess on the floor?

Love this reformer. 4 stars for two reasons. The straps are way too long. Update: You can adjust the straps from the bottom of the reformer. And there was some sort of tiny metal pieces that came out of the metal rod pieces I’m unsure of what they were I just vacuumed them up. Other than these this reformer is great. Nice and long and needs sturdy. Very easy to assemble and great for the price.

I purchased this reformer about a year ago but have only used it maybe 10 times. I found it was leaving metal shavings in the floor. I put it up disappointed, but recently I pulled it out to try and give it another chance but it’s not smooth. I finally see the issue. The rubber on the wheels is not secure and is actually scratching the frame when it slides. I tried to reach out for support but received a response that my inquiry was closed right away. I see they no longer offer this reformer, but I’m still in the support window.

I have limited space and needed a reformer that folded. All the other ones I looked at seemed cheap and I didnt like the accessories that came with it on top of the fact this was the only extended length version I could find. Very easy to put the few pieces together as it comes mostly assembled. I bought $14 hand straps bc I wanted something softer on my hand. The ones that come with it have a f Soft lining, but not as plush as the ones I purchased. My only complaint would be that the shoulder blocks are spaced out further than I'm used to (they go to the edge of my shoulder vs the center. I'm 5'7 and 123lbs for reference) and they don't lock in. Even though they need to be removed when storing the reformer, it would've been nice to have an easy lock and remove option. One of the shoulder blocks came out while I was laying down and pulling the hand strap off of it and it landed on the floor (thankfully not my face). You can adjust the length of the drawstrings alone, but its a lot easier if you have someone that can help. I laid on the reformer with my hands up and in the hand straps and my husband adjusted the drawstrings to my preferred length. I did have the same tiny metal sprinkles inside the box that others have commented on, but that's the only time I've seen them. As long as you keep in mind this is not a reformer you'll find in a professional studio, its great and I'm really happy with it!

After six months, rubber on wheels fell apart.
