It works great. You will feel the burn
For a beginner this is great, it was fairly easy to set up too. It looks small at first but I'm 5'9 and it's perfect.

It definitely helped with increasing the width of my hips and it's an easy exercise
If anyone is wanting to widen their hips for your figure, this might be the machine that you want in the first week I noticed that my hips were half an inch wider on each side than what they had been before I've been using this machine now for the past 2 months and have had wonderful increases in my hip area as well as my caboose! It makes my mate very happy! The assembly was simple I didn't even have to look at the book it was just obvious how it went together. I have priced similar machines from regular exercise equipment outlets and the nearest thing to this would cost me almost $500 so it's it's a good price and it's a good piece of equipment for the amount of money.

Does this even do the inner thighs?
The size is very compact. I'm not sure how to do the inner thighs? Nothing in the instructions and nothing on YouTube. Please help

Hip Abductor works really well
I absolutely love this hip abductor, it is small but it does the job for me. I need it to help with hip strength as I am an older adult, this is great for any age though. I recommend it for the function and the price. It was also easy to put together - resistance is perfect - very sturdy.
