Arrived fine, but the PT/PA button didn't work so I couldn't set the arc time. Side of the case was bent slightly, and the screen was loose at the top. Could not light an arc at all, despite dry air on either 110 or 220. Something was rattling inside. Very disappointed. I would be willing to exchange but I got it on sale and Amazon doesn't do exchanges on sale items, just returns. Now the price went up.

So far it cuts very cleanly on rusty and dirty heavy steel plate without any issue. I have not hooked it up to a table yet that's the next step. I own several plasma cutters but the price was appealing on this one. Is it as good as an American Lincoln, Hypertherm, Miller etc.. no.. it isn't (you can tell by the build quality and durability on the torch but those were 4 times the price) I have found the consumables to be way cheaper than any American brand. If your using it as a hobbyist or light shop use I think its fine. Availability of parts or service-unknown

Quality product. I'd recommend it to a home user - but not for use with a CNC machine. The fit and finish are like a USA made product. The manual is OK. I wish I could buy the consumables independently versus always having to buy a kit, though. You do go through consumables quickly, so it is nice they offer for a decent price. Also, seems the consumables are really for a 50amp plasma cutter? Same with the torch, rated only for 60 amp? So when I run at 80 amps things seem to cook quickly. But it works as expected when hand cutting. I worked with Bestarc support to resolve my issue with my Langmuir CrossFire Pro table. My Hypertherm operates flawlessly. The Bestarc will cause an error anytime the program tries to fire the torch inside the Bestarc's cooling delay period. I am not aware of any other plasma cutter that does this. Neither is anyone on the Langmuir Forum. So avoid this unless you want extra trouble with a CNC set up.

This is a great machine. Works as advertised. Had a little problem finding consumables at first but customer service was quick to respond and sent them as soon as they were available ( part number B0D8W7J5RG ) confirmed clean cut 3/4 inch. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and thank you very much customer service for your quick response in getting consumables.
